We had breakfast 2 mornings here. They are very gluten aware. I had eggs, bacon, grits, and gluten free toast. Owners are very friendly. Service is great!

My celiac 12 year old son loved his food and we went back twice on our trip. He tried the grilled cheese, pancakes, waffles, and French toast. He enjoyed everything and felt safe when eating there as the owner/cook had a son with celiac and takes all the precautions.

The food was nice and fresh. Lots of choices for gluten-free. My husband, who’s not gluten-free, loved everything. Soups were delicious and homemade. Staff was friendly and accommodating

Great meal, had a tuna melt that was delicious on GF bread. My son, who has Celiac, is very picky and the server was so helpful, even brought out something for him try a sample of before ordering. Great place!

They are very accommodating and have a dedicated grill. I had one of their specials that usual comes on bread but had it without bread even though they have a gluten free option. (I usually eat paleo.) They can make t things gluten free. There is bread on the facility but seemed a low chance of any cross contamination.

what an amazing place can't describe what it's like walking into a restaurant and the server says oh you're gluten-free you can choose anything on the menu just let us know even their wide variety of Soups all are gluten-free from New England clam chowder to southwest shrimp and roasted corn chowder to a simple chicken veg. I believe the Suns owner also has Silly act so they handle the food properly. if you haven't tried it give it a must

Awesome place with amazing staff and owner who personally knows about and understands Celiac. No gluten free up up charge with bread and bagels available. Breakfast and lunch menu and nearly everything is gluten free (minus a couple of things). This is my new local go to!!!! This is the first restaurant I’ve felt safe in since moving to Vero.

I had the Philly cheese steak gf. Waitress said she had a nephew with celiacs and told me not to get the fries. My belly is not happy, so it is not celiac friendly.

Stopped here on our way home from a vacation based on the reviews in this app. I had a yummy breakfast sandwich on gf toast. While they don’t have a gluten free menu, they can make almost everything gluten free. The owner, who was very nice, brought out my food and confirmed his son has celiac and assured me that they use separate everything for gluten free orders.

I could not be happier with this cute little find in Vero Beach, FL! Wood N Spoon has so many amazing gluten free and vegetarian options. The best part? I didn’t get sick at all! I had the Lox Gluten Free Bagel and French Onion Soup. Both were absolutely delicious. I want to try more of their menu items!

Needed to find a place in the area for breakfast and found this place on the app. Food was awesome! Owners son has celiac so everything was safe. They have a separate toaster and they get it!!! We will definitely be stopping by again next road trip. They had GF bread and 3 kinds of GF bagels (plain ET and cinnamon raisin). Amazing selection of omelets too!

The staff was terrific - Anna was awesome - and they all truly understood Celiac and the contamination concerns. The food was fresh and I loved the Greek Salad and Vegetable soup. Most items can be made GF and my non-Celiac family and friends enjoyed their food as well. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return!

Thank You! I visit Vero a few times a year and this find was an epic win!!!!! I had the bacon, egg and cheese on bagel ($4) and it was seriously amazing! The owners son is celiac and they know their stuff! My daughter had a non GF rueben and said it was delish. I’ll be back!!!!!!

Celiac friendly with plenty of non dairy options too! They also have great service, a nice atmosphere, and reasonable prices. Major plus- rainbow sorbet that is dairy free, gluten free, and no artificial food dye!
During my recent stay, I ate here several times for both breakfast and lunch. The food was very good and the staff friendly and knowledgeable.
