Wrap It Up

I ordered Huli Huli chicken with a gluten-free wrap and was told that the gluten-free wrap could be used on anything on the 2nd page of the menu for a gluten-free meal, so I ordered it. It was delicious. However, after about 2 hours it became apparent that probably the sauce was NOT gluten-free resulting in several hours of vomiting and diarrhea. Worst case of gluten poisoning in 3 decades. Do NOT eat here if you value your health with celiac disease.

Had chicken bacon ranch wrap. Very good, New waitress but she asked all the right questions, and also made sure it was gluten free before bringing it to me.

I order from here a lot. The sandwiches are always fantastic. They now have 3 different types of gluten free bread: gf white bread, gf pita, and gf sweet potato flatbread. I've only tried the white but I'm excited to try the sweet potato flatbread. When ordering gluten free, they will ask preference or allergy, and will clean a kitchen and grill space for your food.

They have gluten- free bread and asked if it was a preference or an allergy. I like that extra layer of protection. My Turkey panini was very tasty as was the Colectivo coffee.

Some menu items are naturally GF. There is a GF bread option. There is not a GF wrap option however. I asked about it once and was told the GF wraps they offered at one time didn't sell well and they didn't hold up well either. This is one of the only places in which I feel comfortable dining out. The reason being the level of care and concern that the owners and staff show to customers with allergen concerns. They go out of their way to accommodate me. Their efforts are greatly appreciated!
