I went here very shortly after going gf so can’t vouch 100% that I wasn’t glutened, but I definitely felt safe and had a good experience. Gf items aren’t marked on the menu but they have a full allergen menu which also marks items which are “may contain”. There wasn’t a huge amount of choice but most of the norimaki sushi is gf, and they also have gluten free soy sauce if you ask.
