Everyone was very nice and they told me they prepared my pizza in a separate area from the rest. I think the person making my pizza may have had flour on his apron still. I have celiac and I got pretty sick from it. I'm glad others have had better experiences but I felt obligated to inform everyone of my experience.

"It is possible that there may be trace amounts of flour among our toppings. Our team members would be happy to change their gloves and build your pizza in a separate prep area in the back upon request if you are allergic to gluten. Gluten-free pizzas are baked in an aluminum tray to promote easy identification and reduced gluten contact. However, since we do work around flour all day and ALL pizzas are baked in the same oven, we can not guarantee that trace particles of flour and/or gluten are not in and around gluten-free items."
All ingredients are kept and made in the back area.

They have a separate kitchen for Celiac Disease! You go in and walk down a line of food toppings and tell them what you want. They take your order and go to the back. it only took two minutes longer to bake mine and they were so understanding! even had separate ingredients in the back so no cross contamination could happen. ALL TOPPINGS ARE INCLUDED so any other allergies you may have are totally fine. NEW FAVORITE PLACE! They even have GF gelato! yummy!

This is one of the best gluten free pizzas I've had. The manager was very knowledgeable and toppings were no extra charge! I will go back.
Amazing! They are careful in their preparation, although I'm not as sensitive as some with celiac. The crust is fantastic! Best pizza I've ever had, honestly!
Very very good gf pizza.

It was good. Nice place. It's like subway for pizza. Service was slow because not enough people working but it may have just been this night seems like they might have been short staff. They were friendly and knew to cook pizza separate and prepared separate too. Other restaurants around it too but don't know if gf. Outside eating available too. Pizza was good pretty thin crust too.

Went to the grand opening today and was able to talk to the CEO of the company. Gluten Free pizza was awesome! The staff was extremely knowledgeable about what items have gluten in them. GF pizza is prepared in the back, but you must tell them if you have the allergy when ordering , otherwise they will prepare it in the same area as the other pizzas. Pizza was cooked in its own container in the oven which you can see cooking as it is an open kitchen. The Gelato is great as well!!

Gluten-free crust was available for me. The prepared the pizza separately from the regular pizzas. It felt very safe, though it's my daughter, and not me, who is celiac. I wasn't thrilled with the sauce; it was a little bland. However, the hot pepper honey pizza had spice and was really good.

Just like most your pie locations, when you request a gluten-free pizza they ask for allergy or preference. If you say allergy, they will prepare your pizzas in the back where they can guarantee or at least do their best to reduce contamination. When I went this last time, I asked for extra chicken and wonder of wonders, they actually put a lot of chicken on the pizza.
