They have GF crust made from Bob Red Mills flour. They also have and Almond Flour Paleo crust. Nice for a special occasion but do know it's take and bake so you must cook at home.

Crusts are made in house with Almond flour, tasty. All pizzas could use a tad more toppings, but all in all a great place to get a grown up pizza!

I LOVE gluten free zaw pizza. me, my wife, and my daughter are all girls with HORRIBLE food allergies, and this pizza has never made me sick. its also corn, and potato free! so are their gluten free ginger snaps. their salads are delicious too. I have no idea why there are bad reviews, this place is wonderful, and has great delivery. also for all the people complaining that the crust is too mushy: Its BAKE YOUR OWN PIZZA! if its too mushy, then cook it longer stupid!

My girlfriend and I have ordered from here quite a few times now. (5 or 6) She's Celiac so I'm always hyper aware of track records of contamination for her. So far, for being a place that produces other glutenfull pizzas, we have had no problems! So, how are the pizzas? I have to say at first I thought them a little strange but now I LOVE them. They are very thin crust and don't taste all doughy. Now, they ain't cheep, but I rarely mind paying for good food. And the Best Deal Combo is quite nice. One pizza, a salad and a bottle of wine for $30 isn't that bad! We cook them at home of a pizza stone and that seems to work best. Anyway, it's a nice addition to the neighborhood. .

I REALLY wanted to like this GF pizza but unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviewer who said that the gluten-free crust was pretty bland and soggy. I hope they'll come up with something better.
