Got a breakfast sandwich with gluten free bread, it was very good. Additionally, I got a gluten free carrot cake which was hard to choose because they have so many gf pastry choices. Wonderful people and amazing service!

Zest has a fantastic and delicious selection of GF baked items. They are well marked so selection is simple. Ashlawn Farm coffee is the best. And if you go on Saturday morning you can shop the Stonington Farmer’s Market, year round.

Super friendly kind and patient staff - never been sick eating here. Probably the best gluten friendly bakery outside of one in NYC or LA

Adorable bundt cakes! My dad refuses to eat gluten free and he loved the gluten free carrot cake. They have a whole shelf of gluten free items just ask them what the gf options are! There were other cookies and cute unique gf options, like flourless chocolate cake.

Terrible/dry gluten free brownies. The only gluten free item there.

The gluten free desserts were awesome here! They had a whole shelf of gluten free options! My husband had some and even he loved them too. Best part is that I didn’t get sick and I’m very sensitive.
