Zest Sushi and Tapas

Truffle fries and some other appetizers were gluten free. I told my server when I first sat down that I had an allergy and she told me that the only things in the sushi that would have gluten was the tempura and soy sauce. after I ordered appetizers she proceeded to tell me that they use soy sauce in their rice so they would be unable to do sushi. Don’t recommend if you have celiac unless all you want are appetizers.

We go often and I am always fine. Their truffle fries are amazing and completely gf, safe for celiac. Love the sushi and they will adjust the rolls to make them GF. Awesome raw bar too!

No gluten free menu, no knowledge or even care by wait staff. Got sushi, tuna was chewy? A total waste.

Their imitation crab meat does not contain wheat. They also have gluten free soy sauce! Ask the wait staff, they are very accommodating!
