Mathis is my favorite restaurant the food is always delicious and the service is also great. They are also very celiac friendly because if you tell them you ha e celiac they will change there gloves to be safe. Also all of the food there is gluten-free exempt for if you get something with a tortilla. I would highly recommend zia it is amazing food and very celiac friendly.

Chipotle type restaurant but better

Really tasty! Kind of like the Durango version if chipotle with a few more choices. Medium salsa was really yummy and not spicy :) fresh and fast

Always a reliable, healthy go to option! Very knowledgeable and ALWAYS delicious - just wish they had a separate GF fryer for some good GF crunch. . . . But even without chips, so yummy!!!
