I’ve been several times, and the staff is great! The gluten free items are marked on the menu, and I’ve never gotten sick.

Gluten free food is clearly marked and delicious!

My coleslaw had pita chip crumbs mixed in it and i noticed it halfway into eating it. Too late so I got sick. I know it was an accident but I will not be trying again anytime soon.

I regret giving Zoes another chance. Despite assurances from the server that the Cauliflower Rice Bowl is definitely GF, I have severe celiac symptoms. I have to give them one star in order to post this review, but wouldn't otherwise - beware! Apparently too much cross contamination to be celiac friendly.
We've had much better gluten-free. My daughter (Celiac) didn't like it.
They have recently updated and changed their menu but still have a good selection.

Good food and selection

Second time at this chain but first time at Franklin one. It was a bit busy so I was a bit nervous. I said I required GF for, and the guy said celiac so I felt better. I again ordered the chicken salad and fruit plate which comes with GF dressing. Good food and good portions. I felt that their portions and quality were actually better than Panera. My husband ordered a sandwich and fruit and it was bigger and he said tasted better too.

Always fresh. Never have had anything bad or gotten sick

We were in town for my daughter's soccer tournament in October and this restaurant was wonderful! The food was fresh, the portions sizes are generous and leave you feeling full but not weighed down. Several menu options are clearly designated gluten free on the menu and this restaurant even offers large family mealoptions as well. I just wish we had one near Mason, Ohio.

Really good and the staff is very knowledgable on cross contamination.

Awesome food!! We love it, lots of choices for gf and if you get their app and put in your receipt after eating there you get a gift each time. They did a great job for a catering job for us too.
Have eaten here several times in the last few months. Recently updated menu shows gluten free items, although staff is not terribly knowledgeable about items and cross contamination.
Restaurant was dirty the last time I was there, several unclean tables and restroom needed attention.

I used to really like eating at Zoe's but the last 3 or 4 times I've tried to eat there I have had problems. They are always very busy and it seems they struggle to fulfill their orders. Last time I went I ordered a cup of tomato basil soup (waited at least 15 minutes for it) and there were bread crumbs on the plate next to my soup. So basically they saw that it was supposed to be gf after they made it and took off the toast. When I questioned it they got an attitude and took it back to the kitchen very unhappily. Their restaurant is also very dirty, and it's hard to find a place to sit where there isn't food all over the floor and tables. I think they need new management desperately.
Not sure if things have changed but was told today that chicken is grilled on same surface as bread so wouldn’t be celiac safe
