Great pizza made to order. Dedicated staff! My sons and I new favorite restraunt.
I've eaten there once and liked it ok. Crust was a chewy rice based crust. It was slightly charred, which I think made it better. My sis and family had regular crust and they were salting the hell out of it! My sister doesn't do much salt at all. They had a veggie one, while we had a mix of veg and meat. Canadian bacon added the right amount of saltiness for our tastes. I think they are way over priced, but didn't totally hate the experience.
This place has tasty pizza, and offers the gf crust in two sizes; I haven't experienced another place that's done that yet. They are very upfront about ingredients, providing a list of the starches and gf flours in their pizza crust. They have vegan cheese available in addition to their mozzarella (from grass-fed cows), so they earn high marks from me for being able to accommodate multiple dietary restrictions.
This place is amazing. I love their employees. The manager is highly educated and aware of minimizing contamination and trains people to be meticulous (his cousin has celiac). I've never once had a problem with their pizza, which is amazing because I can't even walk into a bakery these days. The crust is delicious, but full of refined flour, so I can't overdo it without feeling a little over-starched. (this is also a plus or else I'd eat here every day!) The tomato and marinara sauces are to die for. The veggie toppings are fresh and delicious. They take care of problems promptly and graciously. But in over a year of regular pizza parties, I've never ONCE been glutened. I moved out of the area and miss them very much. I don't trust other locations like I trust this one.
They are really careful with cross contamination. Staff was great. Pizza was thin and crisy, really good.
This restaurant is horrible and customer service is non existent. When THEY made the mistake of serving my Celiac child a regular pizza, and he was up all night vomiting, they did nothing! I couldn't get the manager or owner to call me back. They offered not so much as an apology. I will NEVER spend money there again.
The gf crust is amazing!
wow, best GF pizza around! They use fresh ingredients. The pizza combos are light and flavorful. The Mexican and Santa Fe.pizza are amazing. My gluten eating, "GF tastes horrible" husband always steals a piece and loves the GF crust. They also include the glutenfree pizzas in their specials, which we appreciate. It's frustrating when a company excludes the glutenfree pizzas from any specials.
They have a delicious gluten free crust and I believe they have a separate prep and cutting station as well. I had no cross contamination symptoms and I also like this place because they use a lot of organic ingredients to make their pizzas. They also have delicious salads!
Pizzeria dine in area is small but worth the wait. They have a menu listing all ingredients that are GF. Pizza was tasty and was fine for the Celiac people in our group. They advertise their ingredients as Organic. They have 2 GF pizza sizes - small (10") and large (14"). 10" GF pizza with 2 toppings was $18, 1 topping was $17. A non-GF 10" pizza with about 5 toppings (American Pizza) was $13. So the up charge for GF is significant.
This is NOT a good place to go and get gluten-free food! They used all shared utensils with both gluten and GlutenFree. When I address the issue the staff insisted upon knowing the right answer even though I watch them cross-contaminate! There's no understanding of the concept GlutenFree at Z pizza.
