Dominos gluten free pizza might be the best I've had. Only available in small (10").
GF pizza was yummy ?? (Especially with the garlic sauce ) the thin crust dough was somewhat crispy too . It only comes in a small & depending on the toppings it can get pricey &10-14 w/tax for mine...but the small has 6 slices :-) Dinner and leftover for lunch --\o/ ** they do not guarantee any CC But they don't prep it on "the line" with the hand tossed. It is removed from special packaging in a designated area. Hope this helps
Just beware of cross contamination. Not recommended for highly sensitive celiacs.
Note that this place offers delicious pizza labelled 'gluten-free' but they admit that cross contamination is highly likely so unfortunately if you have celiac disease this is not for you. Not sure what the point of advertising that they sell gluten-free pizza if it's not in fact gluten-free. The pizza was absolutely delicious but had I known about the cross contamination issue I would not have taken the risk. Please, Dominos, make it possible for us celiacs to eat your pizza!
I have repeatedly ordered gf pizza from the Domino's on Wilma Rudolph and Madison st in Clarksville with no reaction. Once there was some seasonings on pizza that are not usually on it, and the store on Madison street said they would make new one without me asking, and gave couple dollar credit on next purchase for inconvenience. Gf pizza is good too!
I have had the gluten free pizza from dominos many times and it is the best gf pizza I have found. So much better than Romeos, the crust is not a cracker like consistency like most of the gf pizza crusts. It is thin but it tastes like a regular thin pizza. I don't know if it's a permanent item on their menu but I hope so.
For a quick gluten free pizza, Domino's is great. The dough is actually better than the dough offered at some higher-end pizza restaurants. The gluten free dough, however, does come in contact with the regular dough preparation areas; when ordering pizza online, the restaurant does provide a disclaimer of this. They say this to you when ordering over the phone or at the counter as well.
If only they could figure out how to eliminate cross contamination they would be my top pizza rating. They beat the frozen mass produced crust in almost all pizzerias today hands down. So with all that flour flying around anyways the only way to truly be gf is to have a dedicated facility.....just my opinion.
Do not order from them. I have celiacs and got very sick from their food. There is a warning on their website saying it's not recommended for celiacs, but what restaurant doesn't that serves regular food? I eat at many places that aren't wholly gluten free and have never gotten sick, so I gave it a try. They're gluten free crust and pizza are made in the same areas, therefore I was extremely sick from cross contamination.
