They contaminated my food twice at one meal! They have a great gluten free menu so I had high expectations. I was very disappointed. The waitress gave us the wrong chips initially. She realized this after we had ate them for 10 minutes. Then my meal had a "gluten containing" chip laying decoratively on my food. The waitress said they put that on my plate to flag them that my food was special. Really!?!? Of all the things you could put on my plate to flag it as gluten free, you choose the only thing i tell you I'm allergic to. *** Update 2014: I just went back to give Don Pablo's another try after a year, and they are no better. They still flagged my meal sticking one of there "gluten chips" on my food. (Even after we explained it to them last year.)
It's not online, but they do offer a gluten free menu with plenty of choices. Hard or soft corn tortillas are available. Our server was very good about checking about potential cross contamination and genuinely interested in assuring safety (very appreciated as we are celiac). Their chips are made in a fryer shared with gluten items, but our waiter made us chips from hard shells heated in the oven. We asked for our soft corn tortillas to be heated with foil over the metal plates. They were out of foil so they microwaved them. That wasn't great so they gave us heated hard shells instead.
The first time I went here I was okay, got fajitas with corn tortillas but I was also newly diagnosed (from fairly asymptomatic celiac) so that could have been why I didn't feel any negative effects. The corn tortillas were eh but the fajita meat was good. I got the fajita salad the past two times due to the eh tortillas for the fajitas and have gotten sick both times. Also, their on site gluten free menu is identical to their online one which hasn't been updated in over 2 years.
Manager brought me a menu!! Good was above average and they had lots of choices. This is the only Mexican place that I can get enchiladas!!
Second opinion here -- went for dinner 1/25/2014 and didn't have a good experience. The server looked at me like I had three heads when I asked if they had a gluten-free menu, said "no of course not, this is our menu, hahaha." Most of the items on the "regular" menu use flour tortillas. The salad was bland, fajita meat tepid and tasteless. I didn't have a reaction to the food but it just wasn't very good.
Have a separate menu & how to order. Both times manager came over and took care of us... Delicious

They have a gluten free menu with lots of options. Ordering made easy by not having to specify changes to menu items (ex-change from soft taco to crispy taco), the waiter/waitress only has to hit a certain button on their computer and all needed changes are made. Not 100% sure if the chips thy bring out are gluten free but saw a few online sites that said they were not gluten free.
Awful. I'd give no stars if could. Definitely should stay away. Waitress and manager both knew we couldn't have gluten. They screwed both mine and my daughter's orders-giving us both something with breading. Mine was supposed to be a grill chicken taco. Honestly I don't understand what breaded chicken is doing in a taco in the first place. The manager said she'd personally make sure the orders would come out right then . . . Brought us out breaded chicken again. We walked out. Hour and half of our lives wasted.
Great if they follow their menu but I have had serious cross contamination issues twice (the rest of my family loves this place). Had one server who claimed his girlfriend was GF and he totally understood. Then he served me flour tortillas. I caught the error, he apologized and then asked the tortilla maker right there on the floor to make corn tortillas for me. The guy DID NOT change his gloves or clean the grill and he had just finished making the flour ones (I watched all of this). So I didn't eat the corn tortillas either. If they do this right in front of the patrons I can only imagine what goes on in the kitchen.
Good selection. Staff is trained. Good kitchen practices.
I was definitely glutened here my entree even had a nacho chip I was told had flour in it!
I had the same experience as the person above me, they marked my gf meal with a gluten chip. unbelievable. I gave this location two shots and both times they have failed the test. unfortunately I no longer have a convenient and trustworthy Mexican food restaurant nearby.
Had lunch on a Tuesday which at our location is all you can eat tacos for 7.50! Did hard tacos with chicken, comes with beans and rice - which were all gluten free. Even the chips and salsa they brought out was GF. Good food and no celiac symptoms afterwards so I am sold on coming back.

DON'T GO HERE! I ordered exactly as it says to to get it gluten-free. They didn't make it gluten-free and ended up serving me a gluten-filled mess. I took one bite and immediately knew they screwed up. The manager came over and did tell me that my meal had not been prepared gluten-free and was very apologetic. He said if I came back to request a manager to make my meal to ensure it's made properly. It was the worst experience and that one bite had my sick all night. NOT WORTH IT!
Food was amazing. Server said he would get me baked tortillas when he saw I had a gluten free menu. very knowledgeable staff. Very impressed.
not impressed at all. I ordered off the gluten free menu and they brought me the wrong sauce on my enchiladas and had to send it back. too spicy, not very good. had a long wait to send my food back. they didn't seem to know how to make it Gluten free on their own, you have to read the GF menu instructions to the server
