They do not know what they are doing. I inquired about their gluten free menu, ordered off the gluten free menu, and made sure to explain I am Celiac. They brought my food out on a bun. Then when I told them I couldn't eat that the manager came out to ask what was wrong and why couldn't I take it off the bun. Mind you I heard the waitress tell him that I said I couldn't eat it because I had Celiac and she wasn't nice about it. They made me a whole new one and I got sick.
I will not return to Logan's. I had ordered a baked potato with pat butter ($4.48) and received one with melted whipped butter. When questioning our server, she said that it had melted under the heat lamp. I expressed my concern about it matching my daughter's potato. She assured me it was fine. I also ordered a cheeseburger (no bun) and was given a plate with a severely peppered piece of "meat" along with wilted lettuce and a ring of onion, no cheese ($8.49). Needless to say it tasted terrible. Within 1/2 hour I was sick from being glutened.
They did care and made things safe for me. The waitress learned a lot during my visit. The options were okay. They had a printed page of gluten free menu with specific instructions to the kitchen. All that is great... I was just still hungry $14 later (unusual for me).
I was so excited to eat here because their menu had more than just salads. The food was amazing and our waitress was really sweet and caring. I asked for more of the butter that was on my broccoli, a different girl brought it out to us. I noticed on the GF menu it said "serve with cubed (something) butter." What was given to me was no in cube form. I asked the waitress and her response was "oops." She then avoided us for the rest of the time we were there and said nothing when she dropped/picked up the check. I have been sick for going on 4 hours now..
Menu was very short, but had some options. The menu stated what not to send with the meal but apparently the waitress didn't understand that because I asked for the menu, you needed to read it and understand what not to put on items. I received the whipped butter instead of stick butter on my potato and the salmon still came out with the garlic dill sauce it said it was supposed to come without. Since I just have an intolerance I didn't bother sending the whole meal back over it but will definitely clarify next time. Be careful here!!
Am here for the first time. Had long discussion with my waitress regarding Celiac. Was promised she would watch my meal prep and ensure it was done correctly. Another server brought the meal out and it included the rice which the gf menu clearly stated was not to be served. Waited while they redid my entire entree. This is a common problem in all restaurants but still frustrating. When new meal did arrive it was extremely over salted and no adjustment to the bill was offered.
Ordered a cheeseburger with no bun & a sweet potato with no butter off of their gluten free menu (which I had to ask for at the hostess stand). It came on a bun & with butter from the kitchen. Had to send it back. Manager never apologized, but did take my meal off the bill. In the meantime, my husband was completely finished eating his meal by the time mine came back from the kitchen.
Not very helpful. Don't waste your time or money. It just leaves you frustrated and afraid to eat.
These guys know what gluten is and how to handle it! It's one of the few places on my regular rotation. They have a large gluten free menu that explains how the food should come ( I.e. No bun, real butter not the whipped stuff they usually serve etc)
The food was awful. There is a gluten free menu but the staff doesn't follow it. The cook did but the food was bland and very low-quality. For the others that were not celiac, they got dog food looking meat loaf, low quality boxed Mac and cheese, etc. Don't go here!
I got the bunless burger with a loaded baked potato. The hamburger steak (what it really is) came with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onion on the side. The very nice waiter brought me some ranch dressing and I made it into a little salad. I had been craving a hamburger, and this satisfied my craving.
It may have just been the waiter that I had but he was not familiar with GF at all and did not listen when I repeatedly told him that my food had to be GF. Food was brought out with gluten containing items on the plate! I had the ribs and they were okay. Service was also slow and I was not dining at a prime time hour. Overall I was very disappointed.

Terrible menu options for a restaurant with such a robust menu. Very disappointing. And they screwed up our order and brought regular food instead of the "sanitized" gluten free food; yet the waiter read off the gluten free menu with me and I stated gluten free several times.
