I've eaten here several times with no issues. Fusilli noodles taste better than the rice noodles. Make sure to tell the cashier that you have an allergy and they'll inform the cooks.

I've eaten several times at the Royal Oak location and have had no issues. The Fusilli noodles taste way better than the rice noodles. Will definitely be back for more :)

Our "GF" rice noodles had regular elbow macaroni mixed in. They also said the Mac and cheese sauce was gf but the next time I went said it actually is not gluten free. Don't risk it!!

Order is flagged with an Allergy Alert on the cash register and which allergy you have. Then the cashier tells the person preparing the food they have an allergy alert order to prepare. The menu is not visibly posted, you have to ask the cashier who has been very helpful and very careful to enter the order correctly. GF Chop Salad & GF Pad Thai both very good for a semi-fast food chain and I have not had a contamination problem.

Great restaurant! Online it appears the only GF option is Pad Thai. But they can make several other dishes with the rice noodles, making them GF. If you ask in the restaurant, they will give you this list. They put the allergen alert on your order ticket and use a fresh wok for my food without me asking. Everyone takes it very seriously.

This place should never claim to be gluten free. They admit to deliberate contamination. They make no effort to keep gluten free noodles away from the gluten noodles and use the same boiling water and pans. If you have a actual allergy, beware.

Pad Thai with shrimp is excellent! Owner knows all about gluten and will replace any dish with rice noodles. If you don't like something you can bring it back to him and he will cook you something else free!! Very friendly and excellent location!!

I love the med salad here. I get it at least once a week. I also omit olives, sub cheddar in for the feta. The dressing's tasty. Some options to try: tomato bisque soup, the med salad hold the pasta (it comes in it,) thai curry soup, chinese chop salad (wontons are probably gluten free, can be omitted,) caesar salad no croutons, seasonal salads (varies, check ingredients.) Dessert? rice krispy treats available, possibly gf rice cereal. If you are also dairy sensitive, thai curry soup and chinese chop salad are dairy free. Concerned about cross contamination? Avoid the asian items/rice noodles all together, they're probably cooked in the common water. If they weren't gluten contaminated, I'm confident gf would be listed on the menu as a highlight or selling point, much like vegetarian options are. However, it never hurts to ask for new water, new pot. Some places are happy to accommodate you, if you're upfront that you're willing to wait a few extra minutes.

WOW!!!! Just Wow! The staff is so nice and super accommodating. I have multiple food allergies and they made my food exactly to my specifications without complaint which is a rare occurance. The General Manager - Ellen - printed out their nutritional information for me without a request and dropped it off at our table. It took a little while to print but while she waited for the print out she came out and explained the menu and all of my options after apologizing for the slowness of the computer system. The other employees were also extremely nice Al even brought and picked up our dishes! Love it can't wait to come back!

Had the Penne Fresca and hoped they would use a gf penne pasta but they just substitute the rice noodles they use for the Pad Thai instead. Disappointing but not a big deal. The noodles and chicken were a bit dry, but not a deal breaker. The big problem is that there was clearly some cross contamination as I experienced an immediate reaction after I finished eating and ended up with a migraine later on (both symptoms that I only get when I eat gluten in a significant amount). Perhaps the noodles were cooked in the same water as regular noodles, I'm not sure, but I do know that I won't be back.

They are so careful here! Love them, best gluten free kitchen in town. They switch out pans, and the rice noodles are super yummy! I get sick with cross contamination easily - have never here! Would trust them for sure!
