Noodle's & Co. has a lot of gluten-free options. Every menu option can be switched to one of the two gluten-free noodle options (rice pasta and Fazoli). Noodles & Co. has a gluten-free guide that is very helpful. I usually order spaghetti. Instead of meatballs, I ask for steak. The Tomato Basil soup is also gluten-free. The manager explains my options and then swipes his card on the register to put an allergy alert on my order. I have dined at Noodle's & Co. numerous times and absolutely love their food!! I have Celiac Disease and never have been sick afterwards. Highly recommend!!!
this place was great! They make the food to order so you can customize it. They have both gluten free pasta and rice pasta. They also have a card that tells you all the allergen menu items. Even better the price was reasonable. By far the best gluten free pasta I have had so far. I don't have celiac's, I eat gluten free for IBS so I appreciated the fact that they could also accommodate my lactose intolerance and my onion intolerance. I have not found many restaurants that can do that.
food is good, and they have gf options, but it is not celiac friendly (per their website)
I was at the Noodles and Company off of I-225 and Colfax in Aurora, Colorado. I asked if they had gluten-free noodles and separate cooking areas, etc. They assured me that they did. After I had eaten 2/3 of my Pad Thai, I noticed a large hollow wheat noodle mixed in with my GF rice noodles. I returned my food and asked them to remake it. One lady there (the cook?) had the worst attitude about it, and was hesitant to do her job. Fast-forward 12 hours: I am celiac, and I've been sick all night.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and any dish can be made with gluten free pasta. They take precautions to make sure there's no cross-contamination. And now, the macaroni and cheese can be made totally gluten-free with the fusilli pasta, much to my daughters delight.
While I'm normally fine at Noodles and Company, I have found non-gluten-free noodles mixed in my food twice now at this location. I always look through my noodles to double check at every location, but I would avoid this one if you are celiac.
I am celiac and had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. I had not been for a while as I had been sick from noodles before. But the girl that tool my order was confident and well trained. Helped me order and told me what was safest. I watched my food be prepared and saw no cross contamination risks. My food did take longer but that's okay! I get it. Best of all I did not get sick. I will be back and to this location. Thank you for giving me another option for a place to eat.
They told me the option I ordered had trace amounts of gluten in it after I bought it and it was made. But at least they told me. I gave the meal to a friend. Previous times (different meals) had been fine, but as a celiac I just can't risk it and probably won't be back.
I was excited to see they offer all their dishes with GF pasta. I especially like the mac & cheese and the pesto pasta dish from my pre-celiac days. I did however have a reaction to the GF pasta dish I ate. They do warn there could be cross contamination, which is not surprising.
They have really stepped up the GF since the previous reviews. The pastas are top notch for GF and would definitely recommended trying if you have not yet.
Awesome. Trained and knowledgable in gf and Cross contamination !!!
I went in and reviewed the menu and decided what I wanted. When I ordered it, they told me the sauce wasn't gluten free. I was so very happy that they did that instead of letting me eat gluten. I got pad Thai noodles and they were great. No reaction at all.
Gluten Free fusilli!!
They have rice and fussilli noodles and a lot of sauces to choose from. Manager comes to flag our food so the kitchen is extra careful. They have a large menu you can view if asked to eliminate any allergy concerns. Only place I can get good safe Mac and cheese!
