They will print you a menu each time you come in just in case anything has changed. Very friendly staff and helpful management on helping my son with what he could eat.
I had a good experience. I got the shrimp and zucchini with the salad bar
This restaurant was extremely accommodating with my requests. I ordered the veggie trio (baked potato, spaghetti squash and broccoli) which comes with the salad bar. I told my server that I couldn't eat from the salad bar due to cross contamination possibilities. She spoke with the chef who prepared a salad fresh from the kitchen for me with no problems at all. They were very understanding of my concerns and helped me figure out exactly what I could/couldn't have. I'd definitely come back here!
Great place to eat! Staff is friendly and also knowledgeable about allergies, salad bar is "clean" without too much concern about cross-contamination. It looks like many of the salad bar fancy options aren't listed as gluten free (such as potato salad), but you can get a decent vegetable/lettuce salad to go with the entree. Their allergy info is very extensive, in a 3-ring binder. It lists menu options for GF, for dairy free, egg free, etc. I had the Smoky Mountain Chicken, which comes with a side and the salad bar. Great meal!
They were very careful with my multiple food allergies and sensitivities. I dont have celiac but I am gluten sensitive. Im allergic to dairy and tomatoes. I am extremely sensitive to msg and soy. They have a complete allergin menu. Upon my request made my fish, broccoli, and baked potato plain without oil, butter and seasonings. I did not get sick! Ive eaten at Ruby Tuesdays at London many times since then. I used to react instantly to gluten but now I dont after being off it for one year. Id be curious of someone with actual celiac would react to the meal I had.
Servers were very knowledgable and nice. They have a menu for any kind of allergy. The ribs and GF sides were very good.
They are ok there service is ok
I have been to Ruby Tuesdays many times, as soon as we walked in we told them about my allergies and they brought the menu with all the other menus. I had baby back ribs with barbecue sauce and it was very good. I had grilled zucchini and steamed broccoli which were both very good. Our waitress was very considerate of my conditions. (I had a horrible experience trying to order baby back ribs at longhorn steak house. They didn't have a menu but they "checked in the back" and they said I couldn't have countless things that I could normally have a other place like Ruby Tuesdays) so I'm comparing the two experiences with the same food and Ruby Tuesdays was so much better. A pleasant experience.
We ordered grilled chicken and grapes for my daughter. I asked our waitress to tell the cook that she has a gluten allergy and to please take precaution but she still ended up getting sick and woke up throwing up. Not sure how you can screw up grilled chicken but I would definitely recommend you proceed with caution here.
They have a pretty decent selection of GF options to choose from. So far I've tried two different steaks, the chicken w/bbq sauce and bacon and the ribs and everything has been wonderful. They also have a large salad bar and their mash potatoes are a family favorite.
Our waitress was very sensitive of my Celiacs disease. She brought me the GF menu very quickly and she even went out of her way to check the tortilla chip container in the back for me. It's hard to have so many special orders but she was great about it! I didn't realize the zucchini came with a butter that had gluten and she noticed it and didn't put it on.
Gf?? What a joke! I asked the manager today about how they prep the gf food. He told every thing, as in all the food, is prepared in the same area. No precautions against contamination. He looked at me like I was crazy for even asking. Oh and the cheese on the salad bar, the American/mozzarella combo, is prepackaged and has wheat flour on it to prevent sticking. I will never step foot in there again. Ever.
The Ruby Tuesday on Pacific in Omaha is no longer there
Store manager did not care. They have no butter so no much to eat. Ido not trust them. They hand you a book. WDW has staff that knows the pantry, not here. GF maybe but no better than Denny's. Alita was an awesome server!!
Great gluten free meals on their allergen menu, including delicious chicken and a variety of pretzel burgers, tons of gluten free sides as well, spaghetti squash and loaded baked potato were awesome
Gluten free menu (printed pages in a binder), waitress was aware of GF needs and notified the kitchen. Decent variety of GF options but no GF appetizers. Our party had chicken, fish, shrimp, and ribs. All meals were excellent except the ribs which were decent for this type of restaurant but dry and baked not smoked.
Very happy here! They have a nice GF menu, seemed very knowledgeable, and...the food was great. Even the salad bar seemed safe, with the gluten items at the end of the line. I had a chicken breast with cheese, mushrooms, and bacon on top, along with salad bar and baked potato. Yum!
