Love this place! They really try to accommodate your needs. Try the grilled chicken and fruit salad with the berry vinaigrette, or grilled nuggets. You can even get the breakfast burrito minus the tortilla of course. I like to add the tater gems to mine in the bowl it is served in. They offer a nutritional guide that lists all ingredients on every item they serve. Even the ice cream is GF!

This Red Robin is the only one in Colorado that has a separate GF fryer in a separate designated area of their kitchen. They have always been very careful and accommodating. It is hit or miss whether the GF bun will be good. I have found if I order the mayo on the side it seems better as they tend to put too much on the bun. Also if you don't like the bun the will remove the cost of it or replace it with a fresher one. Be sure to sign up for the rewards card, its a real $ money saver if you go often, plus the free burger for your birthday!

We have been to Bj's several times. The gf pizza and capresse salad are wonderful. Most of our visits the manager came to our table to explain how they prepare gf and their efforts to avoid cross contamination. Only once did we encounter an idiot server but we just asked to speak with the manager and everything was fine. My biggest complaint is that I am also wheelchair-bound and it is a real hassle to get to the restrooms. You either have to enter through the take out door or traverse carefully through the crowded bar area.

Esp. love the vegan oat bread. Can save $ buying the day old or discounted items ( some are discounted because they didn't come out quite right, like maybe an air hole in a loaf of bread). Some of their items are also available at Whole Foods, but costs more there.

Several choices here and the staff seems knowledgeable about GF. Try the GF orange bread. It is awesome (although too much icing on it for me)! You can purchase small or large loaves of the bred to take home.
