Great ribs, wings and BBQ. Sauce is homemade and gluten free, with gluten free sides available. Owner is very friendly and helpful.

Really good food. Staff seemed knowledgeable but also checked with kitchen and made suggestions appropriately. No gluten free buns at this location although other HRC's have had them. Great meal but made me wonder though when different locations suggest different options unless that's due to regional differences.

Able to answer questions about wheat/flour in dishes. Grilled options and stuffed potatoes without sauce. Food cooked very well. Menu not labelled with allergens but at least easy to identify potential dishes.

Great find in Geneva, amongst all the restaurants with bread and pastries. Had a menu book with allergens marked and made us dishes without using soy sauce. Fried noodles were rice. Would go back here more than once in a trip.

Love this place. Staff is great and have never had a bad meal. They can make most dishes with gluten free soy sauce, just nothing that is deep fried. The only reason I'm not rating as 5 stars is because I can't really speak to chances of cross contamination in the kitchen- I am not that sensitive and haven't really inquired.

No gluten free menu, but server, gluten free himself, went through the menu page by page and pointed out options including burgers on a gluten free bun, salads, steak, and grilled wings. The fries are gluten free normally but he told us there could be the chance of switching friers especially during busy times, so that we could make our own decision on whether to eat them. Unfortunately all the BBQ entrees are not gluten free.

Good selection and very convenient to the slopes.

Just okay and a little pricey, but choices at Keystone are limited for gf pizza. They did have gluten free beer choices. The pizza was baked on a disposable pan. The crust was not crispy but soft and doughy, not my personal favorite. Server did not seem to know about gf status of specialty pizzas and toppings.

The server was very knowledgeable and the chef is able to specially prepare dishes to accommodate. The grilled fish tacos were spectacular and the blackened ono with Hawaiian mashed sweet potatoes were also just as spectacular.

The maple bacon bison burger on gluten free bun with parmesan fries was great. Perhaps a little pricey but it is mountainside Deer Valley.

The food was awesome here: fresh ingredients, well prepared and presented. The wait staff were able to easily make gluten free suggestions and said most entrees could be made gluten free by using risotto or rice in place of other ingredients. It's not the cheapest place in town but the quality and experience are well worth the price and I will definitely be back!
