We Chose to eat here because of the good reviews and GIG training. I was impressed upon entering to find a binder on the counter listing all gluten free products and information about these products. My daughter (with celiac) was very happy with the schar dinner rolls that came with the meal. She enjoyed her food, as did the regular gluten diners in our party. The menu is very extensive and child friendly. A great choice for a pizzeria style eatery. There is definitely a decent wait time so be mindful of that when going in. I felt the wait was worth it b/c the owner seemed to take the idea of serving GF food as seriously as I do in my own home

My daughter loves this cafe more than anything. Her eyes light up and she just glows everyone we go. It is a joy to see her feel so comfortable and happy with the idea that she can order ANYTHING on the menu!

The chicken here was cooked in a dedicated separate smoker and was delicious, we actually had to go up to the counter and order more because the kids loved it so much. I am only giving it three stars because although the staff told me all the food was prepared separately I didn't notice until later that the sides were all the same counter. Each side has its own spoon that doesn't appear to be shared. But the cucumber salad was right next to the pasta salad in the bin and the possibility for cross-contamination seemed very high. I will definitely go back, but would probably not have my celiac daughter eat the sides.

Best gluten free pizza we have ever eaten. I dare say his GF pizza is better than the regular wheat based version.

The service is exceptional. The waiter was very knowledgable about GF foods and cross contamination possibilities. My daughter has celiac and she ordered the pizza. It came on its own foil tray, which made me happy to see they took pains to make sure food stayed safe. My daughter, however did not like the pizza at all as it is basically canned tomatoes with fresh mozarella
