I would pass it by this place is a total tourist trap. The wait staff was friendly kind of understood what we were looking for. There are not a lot of items on the menu that are safe. they use flour in all the sauces and everything that is fried is off limits. To be safe I stuck with a salad which was mediocre. My girlfriend had pork entree which was good and she didn't get sick although she's much less sensitive than I am.

Absolutely incredible food our waitress was very friendly and very knowledgeable its not a 100% gluten free facility but close enough they have a few items that contain gluten but they're not used in what they normally make. The food was incredible very creative menu I highly recommend and we will go back again before we leave Miami Beach. I am super sensitive and felt perfectly fine after eating here. It's slightly pricey but worth every dime.

food was ok, people were cool. the pizza was a rice flour crust that is sourced somewhere else, I've had it before other places, its about 10 inches around, chewy, thin and sweet. it makes a decent crust but nothing fantastic. pizzas are cooked in the same oven prepared and cooked on foil to limit contamination. flavors were great, just not the best crust. try it out if you're around but don't expect it to be the best thing since gf sliced bread.

super friendly people. classic diner atmosphere. waitress was not very gluten knowledgable but the kitchen was. I asked her to put my sandwich in foil before they heated it and she came back and said the kitchen offered to clean the griddle and heat it there when they made the gf pancakes .. food was great, would go again

great food, owners are very friendly and we chatted a while about how they make the pizza and where they get the dough mix and how they started doing gluten free. it had to be the best pie I've had yet. the crust is pretty thick and a little dry but great flavor and while slightly crumbly it held together quite well. overall I highly recommend sovrana. they said they can do stromboli gf too, something I'm going to have to try next time!!

friendly staff, answered questions knowledgeable and asked kitchen where needed .. had lobster stew which was incredible.. also had crab mealy, which was super bland, don't recommend. plus we had a b.l.a.t., which was great .. they use udi's bread for gf and bake their fries ... I am super gluten sensitive and did not get sick ... I recommend the side street cafe, just skip the bland crab melt .. if you are in bar harbor and wand great fresh seafood to cook yourself chexh out Parsons too just outside of town .. super cheap great fresh seafood

this place was great, we got the Italian hoagie and the brisket sandwich... food was incredible. bread looked great, looked as good as gluten bread and tasted great for a gluten free loaf too. sandwich combinations were great, definitely plan in stopping again next time we're in Philly..... *** update, next morning I feel ill, typical for me with a gluten reaction, she is ok but I'm very sensitive. could just be bad luck but be wary if you're very sensitive

this place is not gluten free .. the kitchen will contaminate everything the staff and owner does not even know what gluten is. owner told us that corn bread was gluten free. I luckily asked a friend that was working in the kitchen who told me its made with regular all purpose flour. do not recommend

nice place. staff was friendly and helpful. menu was clear an stated what was gluten free which was most of the menu. pizza was good. they provided the full ingredient list for the crust as well as thier handling procedures. it was very helpful since they were proactive with answers to all the questions I would have asked. crust was strong enough to pickup a slice and a little crispy at the ends. it could be crisper and could have more flavor. I thought the crust itself was kind of bland. the pizza combination all seem great and the one we had was a great myriad of savory and salty flavors. I certainly recommended you try it here.
