    Great business model and great food. They are super efficient, and although I am not celiac, so perhaps not as discerning, they're food handling practices seem excellent. The one situation I could see concern is xcontamination from using the same spoon on all varieties and I suppose I could see that if someone touched a flour tortilla while placing meat in the burrito for example and then putting te spoon back in the meat, that might raise some concern. At any rate, for those with milder sensitivities it seems ok.

    The staff is very gf knowledgable and accommodating. The food is always fantastic. You may have to remind some of the staff a few times that you won't be having the complimentary bread, but I'm sure you're all used to that scenario.

    This doesn't only pertain to the gluten free aspect of the restaurant. This rating is for the whole experience. I do not just wholesale cast off a place by one visit. I gave this place a couple chances, but it appears the poor quality, over-priced, poorly serviced experience is the only thing you can count in here. Both times I went we had reservations But waited an hour to be seated anyways. On one occasion the waiter actually told us the food was "pretty bad" there. And they were right. The fish was the most bland under seasoned meal I'd ha in a very long time. The chicken was way overdone and bland and the vegetables tasted straight microwaved. The service was VERY slow but luckily I had good company and we kept ourselves occupied.

    Pretty good. They make the crust so that's a plus. The toppings are fresh and it's actually a pretty good crust recipe. Probably the best in the area but not the best I've had. A solid pizza nonetheless.

    Decent but they use a frozen type square crust. The Italian sausage isn't fresh it's the pellet kind. Like I said, it's decent, but for $16 bucks for a 9" pizza with sausage it isn't worth it. Its nice that they offer the option and makes it convenient if your non gf friends are wanting pizza.
