I've been gluten free for 3 years. We tried going gluten free to see if it would help my son's autism, two weeks into the trail, my stomach stopped hurting when I are. Being gluten free seems to have helped my son's night terrors. It also helped my stomach aches and pains.

I ate here while at my husband's company holiday party. The chicken Marsalis I got was very good and had a sweet sauce. And our waiters were very helpful. However there are no gluten free pasta or pizza options at all. When I go out to eat Italian food, I go for pasta or pizza.

They use Udi's gluten free bread for their GF sandwiches. Ask to have the sandwich toasted, it really helps to keep the bread from crumbling apart as you eat it.
