Amazing raw food and really Celiac conscious. I have never been glutened here. Even sceptics of raw food cusine will eat with me here! Friendly people and good service and community oriented. Not to mention healthy delicious eats!

Awful Celiac accomodations. I've gotten sick there every time I tried it.

This location is dangerous in my oppinion. I asked if they could accommodate Celiac disease and the employee on the phone said yes. I asked if they were made in a gluten free facility and she said no. I politely let her know that they can't tell people that they claim to accommodate Celiac disease if their baked goods are not prepared in a safe way. I went on to say that they could make someone very ill and it's not just an allergy to us it's a serious disease that could make someone sick for weeks or months in my case. She seemed annoyed and did not want to talk to me any further. I tried again to politely convey my concern and she remained annoyed and said "sure ok"

I found I was getting sick eating Sushi out and then I realized that I also have to watch out for caramel color in the rice vinegar as well as MSG (which is not gluten free) As well as the hot sauces and cross contamination . Then I found Zen, they are very good at accommodating my needs. They have a Gluten free menu, the one draw back is that it says gluten free but it's not celiac friendly, they mark things that have been fried in the same oil so for that they loose 1 star. I have mentioned to them they should say it is a wheat free menu not gluten free or have a celiac warning on the menu but so far they haven't changed it. Also watch out for the GF desserts, they are cooked on the same pan as not gluten free. They are happy to accommodate Celiac requests like fresh oil for a Dynamite roll you just have to know your stuff and ask for what you need. Make sure to tell them you are Celiac if you are. They also have gluten free tamari which is a bonus. They are a bit pricey but the food and service is very good and a nice presentation as well so I think it's worth it.

Awesome thin crust pizza and lots of dairy free options as well as vegan choices. They say they have very minimal gluten in house and I haven't ever gotten glutened there. You can also have their hot wings because they don't have a deep fryer. Also 3 choices for gluten free beer!
