Waitress was knowledgeable. It was easy to order a custom GF pizza because they clearly list the safe ingredients. The crust was fresh and soft. I really liked the pizza crust. I will go back.

Staff was knowledgeable and I appreciated having the option for gluten free bread with my omelet.

I had to go through several different staff before the manager came out to help. They eventually gave us a server who had a better idea of how they cooked the food and certain ingredients. The majority of the GF menu is made with Pamela's products so they all have dairy in them. I was able to have the French toast (GF, DF) because they use GF bread dipped in an egg batter. If you only have to avoid gluten then this is a great option.

Excellent! Extensive salad bar and I was able to eat almost all of the meat selections (I can't have dairy). Definitely celiac friendly. Apparently the little dinner rolls are GF? I was told after I left and didn't get to try them.

Large selection of GF goods that are also vegan. I drove there specifically for the Charmed Scones because they will blow your mind how good they are. They melt in your mouth and totally leave you wanting more. The cupcakes had a beautiful light and fluffy frosting. It was so delicious that I actually dreamed about it. They had some tasty paleo goodies as well.

Everything is made in a common kitchen but they make an attempt to avoid cross contamination. I built my own sandwich and it was delicious! I also ordered the kids chicken nuggets and they were super yummy with honey mustard dressing. The gf sandwich bread tasted like "normal" bread. I loved it and would definitely go back if I lived close.

Delicious! I got a hamburger with steak fries and it was scrumptious. Get the fry sauce for sure and add it to your burger! The fry sauce reminded me a little of the special sauce from in-n-out but it was better!

Excellent!!!! I'm drooling over my maple walnut scone right now! The awelicious bread really is divine and I have a bag full of goodies that I am super excited to devour. I met the owner while I was in the store and he explained that his wife has Celiacs and how they make a point to fortify their products with good nutrients. They label their products for major allergens so it was very easy for me to find foods that were also dairy free. I was in allergen heaven... If there is such a place. ;) Also, they ship!

Dedicated gluten and soy free cafe that has delicious food and caters to other allergens as well. I have no been disappointed in any of the food I have gotten from there so far. I don't live in wasilla but I drive out there just for the food sometimes. I wish they had longer hours so that I could stop in more often.
