My wife and I have multiple food allergies. This is our favorite spot to dine out in Rolla. We go with sashimi and dine at the sushi bar so we can oversee the preparation of our food. Some of their sushi chefs have better English than others, so it pays to watch. They don't mind if you bring in your own gf soy sauce or coconut aminos. (Don't have any with you? During business hours you can pick up at Nature Girls down the street. ) Always a delicious meal!

Great service and no issues about ordering special for allergens. I'll definitely be returning while I am in town.

Very helpful wait staff. Iwas able to eat off their gluten-free menu, and they gladly concocted a special allergen-free dish for my wife. The food and service was outstanding and the prices were very reasonable. I'll be back again the next time we're in town.

They have a dedicated "gluten intolerant friendly" menu. It has several choices of fish, shellfish, steaks and chicken. Steamed vegetable of the day (today it was broccoli), fresh fruit of the day (today it was banana, strawberry and the biggest blackberries I have ever seen). Just this week (Last week of Sept. '13) they started serving Angry Orchard in bottles. Everything our party had (including items from their normal menu) was delicious. Our server was spread a little thin, so our drinks didn't stay as full as we would have liked. Otherwise, no complaints. Our waitress was knowledgeable about their GF offerings and took our concerns seriously. Their patio is the place to eat if the weather cooperates!

Awesome selection of gluten/allergen-free choices. We ate there twice on our last trip to FOCO and are planning to eat here again when we are there in the near future. One thing that surprised us was that they did not offer any ciders in their bar (hopefully that will have changed by now)
