    Garrett and Kelly are some of the most genuine people that you will ever meet. They offer a wide variety of products that are all wonderful. You will never be disappointed. I recommend New Day GF as a place to go for newly diagnosed celiacs because this place will set the bar for gluten free products. Wonderful cafe options with new specials everyday. Best experience you will have dining out because of the quality of food and no need to worry about cross contamination.

    I have visited Louisville several times in the last year and this is the place that I trust the most when it comes to have a good and safe gf meal. Their pizza is terrific!

    I have had good experiences at Maggiano's. I have never been sick afterwards, but sometimes you have to be extra careful with them. One time they brought out a red sauce with meatballs (their meatballs have bread crumbs in it) Another time they brought a salad to my sister that had bleu cheese on it (celiacs can had reactions to some types of bleu cheese). Every time they fixed it with offering to take a meal off of the ticket and offering a complimentary gf dessert. Overall good experiences but be observant.

    Items are pretty good here. I enjoy the selection from New Day GF more and the ability to go grab a bite to eat in their cafe when I pick up things, but Andrea's has pretty good baked items.

    The staff at Chris McD's is wonderful. They don't have a gluten free menu but they can make many of the items gluten free and are very knowledgable about what you can and can't have. A little on the more expensive end but always worth it! Never been sick afterwards.

    Charlie Gitto's is a great place to go for a nice dinner or celebration. The staff is very knowledgable about substitutions that need to be made. One of the nicest Italian restaurants in St. Louis!!

    Great staff. They will put an allergen alert on your order to ensure everything is safe. According to the waitress, the people in the kitchen will clean up an area and wash there hands when they see the allergen alert. Fries are in a dedicated French fry fryer.

    Great place to go if you are missing pub food. They have great wings, potato skins, fries, and nachos. They have a dedicated fryer and my sister and I are extremely sensitive and have never had issues.

    Never been to Nora's before, but their bread is from New Day Gluten Free (dedicated gf facility in Ellisville, MO). The owners of New Day make sure that places that use their bread or pizza crusts use proper techniques in ensuring that the end product is gluten free! Otherwise, I have heard wonderfully things about the sandwiches at Nora's.

    Super awesome gluten free pizza. They have a pretty extensive gf menu. Prices are a little on the upper end for many menu items but the pizza is very reasonably priced!

    Great place to get some good BBQ!! This is probably the best BBQ in STL. They are willing to change gloves when you order gluten free and have a pretty decent selection.

    Sage is a great place to go for a quick lunch. If you are visiting St. Louis, this is literally right across the street from the Anheuser Busch Tour Center. They have a pretty nice GF menu and are pretty good with substituting items. Definitely recommend.
