Diagnose 5 years ago from double balloon endoscopy confirming by biopsy. I am very sensitive. I also know most restaurants, that claim are not because their cooking equipment is not dedicated nor is the prep dedicated. So when I eat out its a crap shoot and I usually get glutened.

    They have a cross continuation issue as they use the same press for the tortillas and on the line they switch the serving spoons but the fact beans, and meats etc still have issues since the other spoon had touch the flour tortillas the and been put back in the food. Everyone I tried eating here I got sick and now I pass on going there. Their corporate office is more interested in justifying then learning why they are not gluten free for those celiac who are sensitive. Eat at your own risk.
