    The Lunch Pail is always incredibly careful with our order - they go above and beyond to make sure cross-contamination is not an issue. They do gluten free sandwiches and lunches that are made-to-order and very tasty. We also order our Boar's Head lunch meat and cheeses here. It's incredibly convenient and the staff are all fantastic.

    Spanky's is fantastic. I grab a pizza from here regularly, and it's always delicious. For full disclosure, occasionally I do get some slight cross-contamination symptoms, but with as many pizzas as I've ordered, and as easily symptomatic as I am, it's no surprise. I'd say it happens about 5% of the time. They definitely do their best to control for cross-contamination, but eating out is always a risk, and I find the risk here very low, even compared to "certified" restaurants.

    I've spent my life with family in the Fayetteville area, and while I love seeing the family, since finding out I can't eat gluten without getting ill, visiting has been somewhat of an exercise in seeing how long I can subsist on plain salad. Pies & Pints offering gluten free pizzas, albeit small, let me take my aunt out to eat for her birthday! The crust isn't the best I've ever had, and came out burned one of the three visits we made to Pies & Pints this trip, but the toppings make up for it. Prices are pretty standard for gluten free fare, plus the root beer (also GF) was fantastic. Service seemed hit-or-miss, either spectacular or completely disinterested, and it is predictably loud when they're busy. All-and-all we thought P&P was pretty pleasurable and look forward to visiting again the next time we're down that way.

    I went in today and they told me none of their toppings are gluten free, and that the crusts are almost guaranteed to be cross contaminated, even before they leave the freezer. They also no longer have gluten free pasta. I don't know if they changed hands or what happened, but I would not eat at this place.
