This is a dedicated gluten free baking facility that opens to the public most Saturday mornings. If you subscribe to their mailing list you can get a menu early and place an order to pick up. Everything from the Maple Bacon scones to the Beer Bread to the Zucchini Chocolate cake is AMAZING. They use seasonal and local ingredients when possible. Seriously, even if I didn't have to eat gluten free, I would still eat here because the quality of the food is that high. Rebecca is super talented and her creations make gluten-free eating a pleasure!
