Another fantastic review! I'm usually not big on cider ( too sweet) - but they had so many seasonals - lots of pumpkin ciders - very good. We had appetizers - calmari , meal - my gluten eating husband had the fish and chips ( and I had several tastes) and dessert -- mmm- cake! Service was spotty - but very celiac friendly. We're planning to go back for brunch --- they have banana bread french toast on their menu!!

A very nice Italian recipe. They have a menu that highlights gluten free in one color, and can be made gluten free in another color. The server was very knowledgeable - when asked about the calmari ( which was indicated as can be made gluten free) the was able to inform me that it would not be suitable for me since it is prepared in shared oil. She said that they have several customers who just like eating gluten free, but was well aware of the needs of someone who is Celiac

Great selection of Indian food. The very large menu signifies which items are gluten free. I don't think that the staff is very knowledgeable, but the majority of dishes are gluten free.

I will just be repeating everyone else - but this place is awesome!! So hard to decide between the pizza, gyros, lasagne.... And they don't just have one gluten free beer to choose from - but about five gf beers. Settled on the pizza - it was great. They claim to be a neighborhood restaurant - but they're not in my neighborhood (about 40 minutes away) but well worth the drive!!

My first Chinese meal out since diagnosis, over a year ago. They have separate woks for cooking, and a decent selection of gluten free options. I especially liked the noodles :-) Gluten free choices are served on different shaped dishes.

Nearly everything on the menu is gluten free - and it is clearly marked if the item is not gluten free. The menu also states that all tortillas and tortilla chips are gluten free. Very extensive menu, good food and fantastic setting!

Large menu - burgers, fish and chips - available as gluten free. When I questioned the server about the preparation - he told me that anything gluten free is prepared in a designated area. They even had gluten free key lime pie. I had fried eggplant sticks as an appetizer, a lamb burger with fries for an entree and key lime pie for dessert - it was all delicious!

  • Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream

    5 starsJuly 20, 2013

917 East Pine Street, Seattle, WA 98122

They don't advertise as being gluten free - but when I inquired by email - this is the response that I received"Thank you for your interest in Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream! All but one of our ice creams are gluten free - Scout Mint contains crushed Girl Scout cookies. The cookies are mixed in to the ice cream after it is churned in an effort to prevent mixing with other flavors. All other flavors are completely gluten free. Please note that while we do clean and sanitize all of our equipment, we cannot guarantee that trace elements won't be present. In the case of severe allergies, we recommend checking out our cookbook and experimenting with making ice cream at home. I hope this information is helpful - please let me know if you have any other questions!"Great ice-cream - in a cup!!

I USE to love Trader Joe's - but not anymore! Way too many of their products have a "gf" icon - but on the back label it says " manufactured on shared equipment with wheat" For a celiac - that is NOT gluten free! I find their labeling to be very deceptive

They now have a "gluten sensitive" menu. It does warn that the food is prepared in a shared kitchen where cross contamination may occur. They don't have any gluten free beer on tap, but they do carry two varieties of Omission beer. I wrote a review awhile ago - raving about the restaurant - but now feel that I was over generous the first time - lowered my rating from 4 stars to 2 stars. I had a bad experience last time I was there - found out the fries - listed as gf - were not in a dedicated fryer. Then the server offered me a caesar salad instead!! So - despite having gf all over the menu - the servers have NO idea! I wrote to the manager - thinking he/she would like to know - but got no response.

Nice selection, good food. When asked about their pasta dishes - they said yes they are thinking about expanding to gluten free pasta.

Awesome gluten free Italian! The menu has gluten free all over the place! The bread is used to make bruschetta. Any pasta dish can be made with gluten free pasta. When I asked the waiter about separate pots for their pasta, he responded that they " are very careful not to cross-contaminate" The fact he knew that word was thrilling! All their desserts are gluten free. I had bruschetta to start, lasagne as a main dish, and cheesecake for dessert. It was delicious!

Great burger! And onion rings - first onion rings I've had in a year and they were delicious. They are coated with rice flour and fried in a designated gluten free fryer.

Disappointed with TJ labeling. They have a ton of products with a "g" icon - but then has a disclaimer - made on shared equipment with wheat. I have brought it to managers' and headquarters' attention - that these products are not really gluten free

I feel very comfortable eating here. They have a lot of burgers to choose from and the fries are prepared in their own fryer. The staff seems to be very on top of things.

Very extensive - and delicious gluten free menu. Our server also warned me about the tortilla chips and brought me some non-fried corn tortillas, Very nice touch!
