About Me

Recently diagnosed as gluten intolerant. Sensitive enough where I can't share a cooktop or fryer with gluten food. Also lactose and soy intolerant. Ugh!!

I have a gluten, dairy and soy allergy. The staff is familiar with allergies and cooked my whitefish on a separate pan. Had the whitefish tacos!! Amazing!! Only four stars cause they recently changed their menu and it is pretty small. Oh, also had a shrimp appetizer...so good!

Donkers is the best. Their GF bread is restaurant size Udis. They toast it on their press but put parchment paper around the sandwich so no cross contam. Had a BLT with their avocado spread. Amazing!!!

Very few places I can eat fries due to a soy allergy on top of the gluten. Hooray for Five Guys for cooking in peanut oil!!!

would have given this five stars but the girls working the line had no idea what a gluten allergy was. had to explain and still multiple hands touched my bowl.

The only fast food type place I can eat french fries at.....delicious!!! Burgers and chicken sandwich are all great too. Staff is aware of allergies and accommodates with a smile.

Large GF menu, wish it were online. unfortunately I have a soy and dairy allergy and they cook EVERYTHING in soybean oil. Luckily, there was one dish I could have. Manager was awesome. I would go back!!

I like the fact they have a menu for each major allergen type, unfortunately they contaminated something and I got sick.

I had a burger with veggies and got sick. I explained I couldn't have gluten, dairy or soy. not sure what they contaminated me with but was sick within an hour of eating here. I will try again but will talk to management to review the menu before going so I can find a dish I know I can have.

I have eaten there and are aware of gluten sensitivities and other allergies. They do have GF stuff along with rice noodles you can substitute with many dishes and a whole allergen pdf online for those with other allergies: www.noodles.com/files/nutrition/nutritioninfo.pdf

Changed my review from two to four stars. The first time there I got sick but I had salmon which has soy (at the time I did not know that). Went back a second time and had something different and I did not get sick :-)

Lots of GF options. I also cannot have dairy and soy so they also have items on the menu to accommodate those allergies as well.

Love this place. They will wash hands and change gloves. Also they will use new lettuce and cheese if you want it. For those of you with soy allergies, all their stuff is cooked in a soy oil. I have a soy allergy and still eat there. I seem to only have minimal side effects.

They have a gluten free and allergen menu. The allergen menu is nice cause I also cannot have dairy or soy. Unfortunately they have soy in ALL their menu items except broccoli. I had the spare ribs and broccoli. I felt okay.

Love Chipotle! They wash their hands and change gloves. That same person makes my whole order. If I want lettuce, they will get it from an unopened bin so as not to grab any possible contaminated lettuce from the bin currently being used. I do also have a soy allergy and most of their stuff is made with a soy oil so I do eventually feel icky after eating there. If you are okay with soy then this place is great!

GF menu has a lot of choices. I had a spicy shrimp pasta and it was delicious. I didn't have any issues after eating there. I do believe their menu said they do not have a dedicated GF grill so I stayed away from that kind of food just in case.

Went there tonight for the first time. I told them I was gluten intolerant and then had to ask to have gloves changed. The first person did but no one else did. When I asked the second person to not touch the inside of the bowl she looked at me weird. Appears as if they are not trained. If you are looking for this type of food stick with Chipotle....trained staff and the food quality is better. I did not get sick from this trip to Moes...FYI.
