When I called in my reservation, I mentioned that I'm gluten free and when I got to the restaurant they had marked up menu with what I could order and any adjustments that needed to be made. Our server was really helpful and the food was amazing.

The chocolate cake and cupcakes are amazing. I had a cake custom made for my birthday and they were really helpful. All my friends couldn't tell it was gluten free except they knew I have celiac disease. So delicious.

They recently began serving bread from Donna Marie's on their sandwiches and its all quite delicious. They also have gluten free cookie options. The African Autumn tea is absolutely amazing.

Every dish but the lasagna can be made gluten free. The executive chef brought out our food and specified that mine was gluten free when he set it down. I had the pasta rosa which was very good. The portions were perfect as well.

Adorable little tea shop with sandwiches and 'pizzettas' which can both be done gluten free. They use Udi's breads for the sandwiches. Staff was knowledgeable about ingredients and gluten content.

Our food was brought out very quickly and mine had a little gluten free sign on it. The enchiladas were dry and left a good bit to be desired, but I was satisfied and felt safe as a celiac.

We stopped in Memphis with a hankering for BBQ and Google brought us to Central. I called in and they told me that all of their meats are GF and I checked a bottle of sauce and that is also safe. My dad and I split a dry rack of ribs and it was good, just be sure to ask for no rolls. There aren't many side options though.

The owner and staff are very knowledgeable about gluten free issues. They use a rice tamari and can make almost everything on the menu gluten free. I had the beef & mushroom last night and ate the entire family plate, it was so good.

  • Torchy's Tacos

They have a list of gluten free ingredients (though other locations have full GF menus). I've gotten breakfast tacos with my parents a couple times and haven't had any issues.

They have a gluten-free advising list but it conflicts with their allergen list. I got the appetizer plate of a 1/2 lb sausage. All the food there is very tasty but the allergen list says to avoid the pork dishes.

Our waitress was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and the food was great. I had the breakfast nachos with gluten-free tortilla chips.
