Food is always safe, on the salty side. The kale is amazing, along with the bread and deserts! They have outside seating that's dog friendly too. Just went for Sunday brunch - the french toast was amazing!

One of the best meals I've ever had. Very decadent.

Gluten Free / Organic / Vegan - the whole menu. Carry out only at this time and you can even place an order for delivery the next day! Make sure if you see something on the menu that has sauce or creams that you make sure to add them to your order. Really good!
2812 Erwin Rd #204, Durham, NC 27705
Got the sushi. I just wrote on the form, gluten free and told the server. It was the fastest service I've every had and the food was fresh and I didn't get sick.

We eat here about every two weeks. I usually get some sort of pasta mix. Sometimes the sauces aren't quite what I requested. But the pasta is really good and I've never had a problem. We always eat insides. I've never been sick even when it's busy, if you have a problem tell the manager, they are always there and concerned, to the point that since I have small hands I've started asking for different glasses to drink out of and they said since they've had to many issues with them they're replacing them.

I see this posted a lot on other websites as gluten free friendly and wanted to send out a warning. One waiter, a younger taller guy, served me and it was perfect every time. I threw him a few curves like egg salad sandwich fixings on corn tortillas, and it worked great. They said they fry everything together on the grill, so I skipped anything fried. There is a second waiter shorter, older, and I got extremely sick the first time he served me. After mixing up egg salad and chicken salad. Then mixing up plain black beans with beans and pork. He's nice and couldn't understand why I didn't want him waiting on me, but I just couldn't trust him to get the orders right.
Amazing little restaurant, two guys serve most the tourist meals. They don't say a lot but they know what they are doing. I'm very sensitive and never had a problem. I could eat the tortilla chips and fried plantains and anything fried on the grill as well. For those more adventurous or have family that have guts if they head in towards the back of the building there's a second eatery that has the most local and traditional food you can find on the island. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, open noon on Sunday. We tipped them well for keeping me going!

Not a lot of options, but great food get your sandwich toasted. I'm extremely sensitive and have never gotten sick. They even wrap my sandwich so it doesn't get contaminated on the way to the table!

Never ate here - I'm a vegetarian, but it moved...?
1353 Kildaire Farm Rd, Cary, NC 27511
I have to change my review. They really try hard, and I don't get sick, but we've been there a half a dozen times and they've never gotten the orders right once. They'll fix it, but it takes for ever.
3630 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd, Durham, NC 27707
Oh my gosh! They have the best food ever! Vegan, veggie, and gluten free - totally accommodating. Tasted so good I almost cried. You can order off the menu at lunch if you don't want to risk the buffet.
1393 Kildaire Farms Rd., Cary, NC 27511
They said yea we're gluten free. Got sick.

I had to stop going, two great experiences, two bad ones.
126 North Salem Street, Apex, NC 27502
The salad was good. My order was wrong but they fixed it quickly, I was ill later. They burned the toast on the other order and flipped the pieces down as though no one would notice. It wasn't a busy night but the service didn't match the cost.

Good pizza, good gluten free caffeine free sodas!
986 High House Road, Cary, NC 27513
Sorry for the negative review… The staff was friendly when they brought out the sushi they said – I think – Don’t eat the wasabi or the ginger because it will make you sick. Wasabi doesn’t have gluten either does fresh ginger so I can only assume they mean it’s cross contaminated. If that’s the case why did they put it on my plate? Also there were fish eggs stuck to my cucumber roll. I did get sick – that’s my own fault, please be careful with the Sushi….

I’ve eaten here quite a few times, it’s not quite as well run as it was in the past. I’ve most recently had the Chile Relleno, it was great, the food is always great. The servers are usually more knowable than me, not this time. They said they now had GF bread to snack on, but never brought itYou’ll need reservation, go early, if you go later and one of the owners friends come in they’ll seat his friends first. It’s expensive be forewarned - we keep going there once a year out of tradition.

We went on a Saturday, very early and it was full but not yet packed. The space is small, ‘dark’ and noisy. They’re a veggie vegan restaurant right near the amphitheater. I ordered the Nori Rolls with Sashimi Tofu and it was amazing along with a ginger soda that was hot! It was great, the waiters were very conscious of food and dietary issues. It’s pricy, but you’re paying for quality, so I happy too. Don’t forget you can eat at the bar. The staff seem to love their job. Can’t wait to go back.

Expensive but worth it. I'm vegetarian and diary free so my option was the FARM VEGETABLES VEGAN AND GLUTEN-FREE PASTA. I wasn't expecting much, but the veggies were absolutely amazing, the pasta stood up and the pesto was the right amount. The servers are very aware of food issues and the size of the place isn't too big. Parking is just a bit awkward, but just park across the street at the new hotel if you have any issues.

Much nicer than the downtown location. One of the few places open before 8am.
