Haven't been here yet. Just saw the sign "gluten-free restaurant"
26520 Maple Valley Black Diamond Road Southeast, Maple Valley, WA 98038
They have a selection of gluten-free products in a special section of their natural products area, as well as gluten-free options in the nearby cool cases and mixed in the various areas of the natural product area.
20649 Washington 410, Bonney Lake, WA 98391
They offer gluten-free soy sauce (by request,) and can make versions of anything without tempura or other gluten-ingredients. (Apparently their Japanese mayo has gluten, so watch out for that.)

Kalua Pork and Pork Lau Lau are gluten-free and delicious! Order entree without macaroni salad. Grilled veggies are safe, rice, brown rice, Spam Musubi (Spam sushi!) (Don't order Kalua Pork Loco with Gravy, obviously!)

Very tasty gluten-free crust (my non-GF husband agreed!) Vegan options as well.

They are happy to make gluten-free versions of any of their rolls by substituting out any tempura or unsafe ingredients. GF soy sauce available upon request.

GF options very limited - for kids you can get pasta with red sauce, or grilled chicken with pasta and red sauce. I think on the main menu they had pasta with red sauce (surprise surprise,) pasta with chicken, salmon, and something else. The manager and server bent over backwards to accommodate us, even bringing us our own salad bowl separate from my husband's. The manager brought me the ingredient list from their Ranch dressing so I could okay it for my kid too. The salmon was really good. The girls' penne with red sauce was "meh." And the grilled chicken was boring. Would I choose to eat here as a night out? No. But a family get-together or night out with friends, it'll do.
