Health practitioner. I have non-celiac gluten sensitivity. Gluten exposure flares up Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Thyroid stays normal if I stay gluten free.

My advice, stick with salads and burgers. There were plenty of other GF options on the menu. My son had a burger with gluten free bun, he said it was good and inhaled it. My mom had the grilled salmon with asparagus and potatos, which looked delicious. She was confused why the herb crusted salmon in one area of the menu was GF Upon Request but not listed that way in another area, and did not get a very clear answer from the waiter. There were GF options listed on the kids' menu, which I have not seen other places. Good service as well. I had the shepherd's pie, which I did not want, but I had a hard time deciding. Many choices, nothing inspired me. The Shepherd's pie was good but pretty salty and oily. I would not order that again. Only one cheesecake is available GF, we did not try it. I think this place, which such an expansive menue, could do a lot better.

No gluten free bread available but plenty of choices including baked potato with many toppings and salads. And a gluten free menu.

Their description says they have a GF menu. At our visit they did not, they were in the process of re-doing the GF menu. Our server was helpful and pointed out the GF menu items, checking with the kitchen as needed.

Lots of GF options available. Not a specifically GF menu.

A burger and fries in a regular restaurant is a real treat, sweet potato fries are GF. My friend, not on a GF diet, was surprised and offended that the GF bun costs extra. I am used to that, but it would be nice if it was not extra.

I was not sure I could find GF Indian Food. Their menu has a GF items, a good variety, clearly marked. Delicious food. I gave them only 3 stars because in our carry out order the portion size was small-ish so it did not seem like a good value. Also, some of the dishes, Matar Paneer for example, seemed to be all sauce with very little peas and cheese cubes in there. But, the food is very good and I would eat there again. I hear their lunch buffet is a great deal.
