The employees had no idea what gluten free meant. I walked in and asked the evening shift employees if they could do a gluten free order. Their response was, "What?...(look confused at each other)...everything has gluten."

I didn't eat here, but a friend with non-Celuac sensitivity did. She thought the cookies were very good. It is not a dedicated gluten free bakery which is why I shied away. They do attempt to take good care in preventing cross contamination.

They are aware of gluten and celiac, and even have a dedicated fryer. Their prices are high, and the selection is limited. They have a huge selection of beer, but no gluten free options.

Fantastic! The only 100% gluten free restaurant in Hawaii. Pizza, pasta, salads and dessert. It can't get any better in terms of the food and staff.

Not a good option for those with celiac disease. They do try, but it's too risky. It is really quite delicious, but I can't do it anymore. It's not worth the risk to me.
