Server wasn't that knowledgable about celiac but the GF bun and fries (cooked separate) were delicious.

New place in town but they have other restaurants in NJ. The best GF pizza I have had. They bake it in a separate pan and have a separate pizza cutter for it. Staff seems relatively well trained on risks of cross contamination.

Owner is great and understands cross-contamination. Frozen pizza crusts are outstanding. Owner gave me advice on how to cook it on a pizza stone and it's awesome.

It's hard enough to find anything GF in rural Sussex County so I was skeptical when I heard this place opened and promoted it's GF menu. When we got there, the kid at the register didn't know much about the GF process so he brought out the manager who explained that GF pizzas are prepared in a separate area and cooked in a pan (I think he called it a wok) but in the same oven as regular food. That satisfied my concerns so I ordered a plain pizza. GF pies are only available in 12" which is good for two people. But the thing was so good I scoffed the whole thing down. I had been waiting month to find GF pizza and was pleasantly surprised. The crust was think but light and kinda airy. Delicious. The place is attached to Space Farms zoo so we'll be back a lot with the kids. This will be a new favorite place for me.

Have a few items on the menu that are specifically GF. Owner's son used to be GF so owner is aware of cross-contamination. Chef made suggestions off the menu that were GF while I was still learning.

Delicious and gluten free! I ordered it while attending a business meeting nearby. I didn't order it myself but when it came it was sealed with a label that specified it was all gluten free so it appears they take it seriously.

They have an "allergy list" that shows which products have gluten but doesn't take cross contamination into account at all. Not that I expect it from a place like this (that features wings which look delicious) but it's worth noting. Server and manager were accommodating though and offered to cook my chicken over tin foil to avoid contamination. Also worth noting that my non-GF family ordered burgers which were ridiculously thin. Better at BK than this place.
