About Me

Gluten Free is the way to be. With so much illness out there and little restrictions on using wheat in everything, it's up to you to cut down your consumption of wheat...check labels of everything and you decide.

The gluten free bun can be used for any sandwich and it just might be the best tasting gluten free bun in the area. I had the steak and cheddar on a G-free bun and it was delicious. They even have root beer on tap. My next stop in there will be for gluten free tacos. The only thing that would make it a little more celiac or gluten sensitive friendly is if they had a separate menu.

Delicious Gluten Free Donuts - tried the cinnamon and the vanilla glazed donut. - both were fantastic. Wish they had more gluten free flavors...

Really, a burger with a gluten free bun and on top of it near my office in the burbs...comeon. This place rocks, the only downfall is there is no where to sit (they have 6 counter seats) and they are making plans to have seating outside, which will be awesome in the summer time. They charge for the gluten free bun making your burger almost an $8 burger but it's a nice sized burger and if you went to nicer place for a burger (like capital grille) they probably would charge you more without the bun. The staff is friendly and the owner of this establishment eats gluten free and has a good story to how he began this business. I see good things happening for this little (but huge for those with an intolerance to wheat) place. Will be back there soon.
