They definitely take the gluten free procedures seriously. The gluten free crust arrives prepackaged, and the pizzas are cooked in a separate oven. The utensils for preparing gluten free meals have blue handles and the rest have black to avoid CC. I have eaten there twice now and no reaction. Thumbs up!

Staff was knowledgable, GF items are cooked in separate area in the kitchen and come out separately. The pizza is pretty good and there is a decent variety on the GF menu.

The prepare the gluten free pizza in a separate area of the kitchen (which you can see from the dining area) and they even cook it in a separate oven. The waitress was familiar with Celiac disease - I didn't even have to use the word allergy. Great tasting pizza and I felt safe eating there.

This place was amazing. It was $48 per person, but the CHEF came out to take me around the salad bar to tell me what I could eat, and then he came back to check on me two more times throughout the meal. Of the 30 or so items on the salad bar there were only about 5 I could not eat. Also, they make gluten free cheese bread - it is DELICIOUS! I HIGHLY recommend!!
