The first few times I ate here I had no problem, but this year, I wound up getting really sick.

I have been going to this grocery store for my gluten free items for over a year now. They have brands some of the larger chains don't have. Customer service is always top notch and management will be happy to help you find something. In fact, one time I was lamenting that I couldn't find my favorite gf hamburger buns anywhere. They asked for the name of the brand (Canyon Bakehouse) and about 6 weeks later, it was in the freezer section. FYI, the GF chicken tenders and nuggets (Golden Platter) are with the other breaded chicken products, not in the gf frozen case they have. I suspect that is just because of spacing issues in the freezer section.

I have been eating at this restaurant for years, but just realized today that it wasn't listed in the app. Make sure you tell your server that you are gluten free and ask if they have the gf pasta and flour. Since it is a specialty product, they only keep a small stock on hand that they replenish as necessary. They can do their pan sautéed dishes with soy flour. Not all of the waitstaff is aware of gf, but management is and can help you put together a safe meal with or without specialty products. The only desserts that are gluten free are the ice cream sundaes and the Tartuffo, which is a fancy ice cream dessert. If I lived here full-time, I would ask them to carry some others. I have eaten here many times over the years and have never had a problem. The food is also excellent.

I have been to a few Five Guys locations over the years and I really enjoyed my experience at this particular location. There was a sign that said they could make the burger bunless and when I ordered it that way, the cashier asked me two questions: 1. Was this for a food allergy? 2. Would I like it in a bowl or in a lettuce wrap? I opted for the lettuce wrap. Turns out this was one of the first locations to offer that option and it caught on, so many other locations now offer it as well. The cashier informed them that it was for an allergy and they announced it on the line at least three times as they were preparing my food. It was a little too crowded for me to watch the actual prep, but I could clearly hear them announce that there was an allergy prep on the table. After the rush was over, the manager even came out to my table while I was eating to see how everything was and make sure I was happy with my order. He was glad to hear that I was happy and invited comments about how they could improve their service. Since I don't feel the need to have a gf bun when there are viable alternatives, especially with less carbs, I was not inclined to suggest it. Please note that people with peanut allergies cannot even step foot in the building, but other allergies, you should probably be okay.

I only had a few minutes to catch a quick dinner while I was out running errands and thought I would give this place a try. I would definitely recommend. They had a nice selection of things that were celiac-friendly and the house sodas were a nice treat. They are all caffeine free, so it was a nice little splurge that I normally wouldn't indulge in. When I ordered, I expected the gf sandwich to come out smaller than the regular ones, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was the really same size. It's also nice that you can mix & match with any of the menu items. I will have to remember that for next time. I will definitely be back.

The gf pizza was okay, and I didn't get sick, but the person behind the counter had to be walked through how to make sure it didn't get contaminated and he wasn't sure how to make a gf salad without coaching. I won't order over the phone for pick up. I will only order in the restaurant and watch as they make it.

I had lunch here this past Monday with my parents and everyone really enjoyed their meals. I always get nervous when a server relies on memory to take the order instead of writing it down, but the young woman didn't get anything wrong. They had real-sized gluten free buns for the burgers and their regular and sweet potato fries are gluten free. Everyone there was very welcoming and we agreed that it would be a regular place for our family to congregate. They have a 'rewards' program for frequent patrons. My parents decided to sign up right after my dad saw the craft beers (not gf) they had on tap. I don't drink beer, so I don't know if the carry any gf beers, but they do have a full bar.

We ate here last night as part of a large party and I had a wonderful gluten free meal. They can make most of the dishes that would call for flour with cornstarch instead and they have gf pasta. I spoke with a staff member who has to live gf and she helped me with finding a safe option. I went with the flounder franchaise and it was phenomenal. The only safe salad dressing is the oil and vinegar, according to staff. I couldn't really have any of the table appetizers or the bread, of course, but I still brought home half of my dinner, so portion sizes are pretty big. When my dish came out to the table, it had a toothpick in the center to show that it was the gf one because the person next to me also ordered the flounder franchaise and they were being extra cautious to make sure I got the right one. The place is byob and the staff is very helpful and courteous. I definitely recommend this restaurant. I was informed that wait staff does sometimes turn over each year with the start of the new tourist season, so please make sure that your server understands the importance of the gluten free diet and if you feel uncomfortable with your server's knowledge, ask for the manager's assistance.

The pizza crust was excellent. Thin crust pizza. I had the lobster and shrimp pizza and our table shared the baby back ribs appetizer. Also very tasty, but could have used more sauce. The staff was very helpful and the dedicated gf menu really helped.
