Less choices, and seasonal menu hadn't been updated so I picked some plates then had to change at the last minute. It was good overall.

Great option, without the bun. They have grilled mushrooms and onions at no charge. It really adds pizzaz to a bunless burger! Peanuts are good too!

Impressed. This is how Pei Wei should be. I wish we had one in Houston. I'd be here weekly.

This was a surprise! We had a one night stop in Abilene. I thought I'd try to find something where I wouldn't get terribly sick, and the family could handle too. I had the GF chicken fried steak breakfast, and I ate every last bite! If I wasn't so hungry, I might have got sentimental and cried! The CFS and gravy were awesome, even my nonCeliac husband thought it was good! The service was friendly and efficient, even with every table full. We will stop again as we travel through Abilene in the future.

Always good, and I never have to worry about X-contamination!

    5 starsAugust 06, 2013

5-4280 Kuhio Hwy, Princeville, HI 96722

More than several options. Just as good, if not better than my local grocery in Houston. And with regular bread so expensive, it doesn't make the GF bread in the freezer section seem as ridiculously high priced as it does at home. They have the new pillsbury doughs, pastas, glutino products--including the family size pretzels I hauled all the way from Houston. I was very, very, pleased with their selections.

  • Kalaheo Cafe & Coffee Co.

    5 starsJuly 27, 2013

2-2560 Kaumualii Hwy, Kalaheo, HI 96741

GF options, and even GF pastries and muffins. Knowledgeable staff. The vanilla Mac nut coffee was delish! Worth the stop, we enjoyed it very much!

  • Mario's Seawall Italian Restaurant

    5 starsJune 15, 2013

628 Seawall Blvd, Galveston, TX 77550

They do have a GF menu (doesn't show up with the filter). Pasta and pizza--GF options. Oh, and dessert!! Server was knowledgeable and attentive. I don't usually get to really enjoy Italian food out--I'm limited to a salad or some bland chicken dish. This was fab. The fact that they had a dessert ( other than vanilla ice cream) put the icing on my cake. This is my island go-to place.
