The food is delicious and cheap which is great but I don't always feel safe eating at Med Deli. Ordering is a rushed process and I'm not always confident they got my order right. I have eaten here multiple times and I have only been sick once. Ordering from the deli case is easy because everything is labeled but ordering off the menu may lead to trouble.

I tried the raspberry bar. It wasn't great. Too sugary and I usually love sweets. Tasted like a processed cereal bar. Not my favorite.

After hearing countless positive reviews I decided to give this place a try. What a disappointment. Ice cream was icy and the flavors are limited. Not going back again.

Got sick here after being assured it was GF. I have celiac disease so I may be more sensitive than others. I ordered the fish tacos on corn tortillas.

Gluten free rice bread! You can even buy it by the loaf! My favorite place to eat in Oneonta.
