Spoke to the chef and he was very aware of Celiacs need to be careful with cross contamination. He Cautioned us against the breakfast potatoes due to small amount of wheat flour used on them. He uses Rudi's gluten free bread for toast and cooks it away on a separate grill. Had range free eggs with toast and bacon and no reactions!

UPDATE* I won't be going here anymore after getting ill from eating their labelled Gluten Free PHO. It's simply not safe for Celiacs in my opinion. Too much cross contamination. Have eaten here 2 times and both times have not had an issue with their Gluten Free rice noodle PHO. It has NO soy in the broth and waitress even asked the Chef and made sure as my Celiac son also has soy allergy and can't have the gluten free alternatives to soy sauce called Tamari. Also their green tea passion fruit ice tea is addicting! Seriously, you've been warned :)

Not Celiac safe. Beware of vegan reviewers here who do gluten free as a fad diet and aren't celiac.

Not a gluten free menu but they list allergens and can make a gluten free burger with bun as well as other selections that are gluten free. I mentioned Celiac disease and not to cross contaminate and she made it clear on my ticket. I'll update if I have any issues from food ordered but so far all is good.

I'm Celiac and ate here after reading another Celiacs review. I liked that the guy put into the computer when we ordered no gluten/wheat or soy and I ordered the pineapple curry and my Celiac kid had the green curry and neither one of us got sick. I would eat here again.

Sadly I love this place, but the lack of understanding about cross contamination and the need to be gluten free for MEDICAL reasons is not acknowledged here. Only wanna be actresses going gluten free for a "fad diet" not because they're Celiac.

So disappointing. This store is woefully ignorant to what gluten free means as well as Celiac disease. I am surprised as they seem more interested in offering Vegan offerings in their prepared food deli, something that is NOT a medical condition.

Contrary to what the person reviewing this ace said, they DO NOT use a Celiac Safe dedicated fryer for their fries. They fry all gluten and non gluten products in it. Also- they don't have gluten free buns. The counter is better and and Celiac safe.

Not Celiac safe. Lots of cross contamination. I asked about the pancakes and they use Soy milk! No one uses Soy anymore. I wish they would understand Gluten Free isn't a diet but a necessity for Celiacs. :( so few safe choices in Palm Springs for Celiacs.

Great food and the owner was Celiac aware. The chips are not safe and the rice is cooked in soy oil so if you have soy allergy might want to avoid but other than that great soft chicken tacos! Mention you are Celiac before ordering so they are careful about cross contamination. Eating out is always risky but I have not gotten sick eating here 2 times so far, neither hast son who also is Celiac.

  • Trader Joe's

Almost, but not quite. Be careful as many GF items that are labelled GF have written in small print ; prepared in a facility that also processes wheat/gluten! So disappointing that they do this. So don't just grab something labelled GF. READ the ingredients and small print!

  • Full O'Life Grocery

    4 starsSeptember 10, 2014

The review suggesting pills to digest gluten is irresponsible and clearly NOT Celiac. Full o life has a limited supply of GF foods and is a good source for supplements, but please Do not think Celiacs can take a "pill" and be fine digesting gluten.
