Owner is very passionate about catering to everyone, and there are so many options. Just ask lots of questions, as there isn't a specific gf menu.

This is the ONLY place I will eat when in Aspen! Menu changes daily and it is about 80% naturally gluten free. Delicious and healthy menu, and great accomodation for other dietary needs. I ate there 4 days in a row, it was so good and there is so much variety. All the desserts are gluten and dairy free! The owner/chef is so passionate and even shared his quinoa cracker recipe with us.

Another great member of the Udi's family. Unique menu with lots of options. Need to do more staff training - I've had to send back a burger before because I noticed it had a gluten bun and not a gluten free one. Otherwise, great menu and dedicated fryer.

My go to pizza place in Colorado! They even have a "Wheat Free Wednesday" to promote awareness for celiac. So many options and they even have dairy free/vegan cheese and gf desserts.

Love this place! Absolutely a go to for high quality Italian cuisine. Only once did they bring me the wrong item, but I caught it before taking a bite of the gluten pasta. Just ask lots of questions and go at an off peak time.

I have celiac and I was glutened here during a business trip. Took all the precautions - called ahead, told them I was celiac, asked lots of questions. I was served a salad dressing with soy sauce and noticed the flavor after about two bites. I got sick in the restaurant and they obviously didn't make me pay. They did feel bad, but I don't think they realized the magnitude of the mistake. I would absolutely never go back.

Delicious meal but not a ton of options for being both gluten and dairy free. I had the jerk chicken with coconut rice, and they substitued kale for the plantain chips. Told me right away that the fryer was not safe and I appreciated that. Very high quality!

Fantastic job and very knowledgable staff. I had the potato pancakes with a side of sausage. Clearly marked menu. I highly recommend it!
