This is a fantastic hidden gem. It is middle eastern with great flavors and surprisingly knowledgeable staff. A restaraunt this small doesn't usually know about celiac disease. We have eaten here many times and never a reaction. A must have if you are a foodie who doesn't care for the same ole', same ole'. Update: they made a slight change to their menus and while they offer the same food, my son and wife have both had reactions the last two times we have eaten there. We will not be returning.

The comfort that comes from knowing EVERYTHING is gf on the menu is too great to explain. The food is excellent, but the sweets are expensive. If you have to eat gf, this is a given.
323 Metzler Drive, Castle Rock, CO 80108
Although we didn't get sick, the want staff is pretty much clueless about gluten. Don't order the egg rolls or anything with oyster sauce.. They don't have gf soy sauce, but the pho is gf.

While not certified, they are really careful and only use corn meal to layout the pizzas. My son and wife have celiac and neither got sick. My son is extremely sensitive and has had reactions to what seem to be trace amounts of gluten. Pizza was excellent and looked like the non-gf pizza.
10500 COORS BLVD BY-PASS NW, ALBUQUERQUE NM 87114
They have reversed course in going gf. They don't put prices in the gf menu. The gf menu hadn't been updated in 7 months and they removed most of the items.

GF Buns! Dedicated fries and they have been trained! Great burgers!
3801 Ellison Rd Nw, Albuquerque, NM 87114
Dedicated fries for fries. Grilled nuggets have changed, but are still gf. Salads are really good. Asian salad dressing is Not gf! Most employees are knowledgeable.

Finally, GF buns! They are tastier than Red Robins! Dedicated fries. Best gf burgers in town!
5901 Wyoming Blvd NE Ste P3, Albuquerque, NM 87109
Good burgers. 50 cents extra for a gf bun, and the fries are gf as well. A bit pricey ($15 for lunch, 1 person) but to have a burger is worth it.

Excellent food. We asked about gluten and they were very helpful and cautious. The kitchen manager came out and pointed out what to avoid.

very nice restaurant and very knowledgeable and friendly about gluten-free options.

the kitchen manager to discuss my sons allergy. he double-checked packages for traces of wheat and gluten. some rolls were modified for us to remove any chance of a reaction.
