One of my go-tos! Never a worry about cross contamination. Never a worry on who we bring/meet here -- our best friends 3 year loves the kids meal and my dad does, too!

Great staff. When I mentioned celiac they immediately all changed gloves and wiped the line down.

Best cheesecake ever!!! Cherith, the owner, is extremely knowledgable when it comes to gluten allergies.

I absolutely agree with the other writer who said the staff here doesn't have a clue. And I'm not just referring to cross contamination. They jumped on the GF bandwagon, completely overcharge for GF substitutes and don't understand celiac or allergy at all. Intolerant or following gf for health? Sure, go here if CC isn't an issue. Celiacs? Stay away!

This is my go to location. Very knowledgable staff and managers. They follow your order down the line after changing gloves and hand washing...there is even a comment area GF marking on the app.

Went on the advice of others here. And sure glad we did! Great gluten free pizza - they use Mariposa crusts and its tender and crisp and a bit buttery. A little pricy, but it's celiac safe and in Santana Row.

Chevin, one of the managers, really understands celiac and cross contamination. He helped us throw a party where half the guests were GF and everyone loved their meals! Service can be slow, but everything seems cooked to order so no complaining here. Now if they could start carrying buns from Zest I'd be a happy girl - I think they use Udi's in all of their locations.

Although the staff claims to "get it" I've gotten sick here too many times. I wish the old manager would come back! The owner just tells you what he thinks you want to hear - and in my case that least to dangerous things. Stay away, celiacs. Stay away.

This location is amazing! Jimmy and the rest of the crew truly get gf, celiac and cross contamination! I highly recommend checking it out. Their salads rock and they are very kid friendly!

Eaten here a few times but its never been my choice. Cross contamination issues aren't taken as seriously as they should be. And while I can tolerate their salads, the pizzas are gross - overlooked to the point of disaster. I truly think the cardboard box has more flavor.

Eaten here many times before but got glutened this evening...we ordered take out via their app - not sure what happened. And yes, I know it was from here - my reaction time is pretty exact. I'd go but wouldn't do take out again.

Gluten knowledgable, but they achieve GF status by merely eliminating gluten containing items. Had dinner that was safe (thank you GIG) but it was very boring. Looking at neighboring tables and their orders coming out, I saw what the meals are supposed to look like. Ours certainly weren't that appetizing or filling! I wanted to stop on the way home because I was still hungry upon leaving.

Went tonight for the first time. There is a gluten free symbol on menu for safe items. Pluses: gf (celiac safe) items - starters, all salads, meats, pizza (not celiac safe--see below), reasonable price point for the area, fresh and local (and organic) foods, homemade gf pizza dough, female manager (michal) has celiac. Negatives: server not very knowledgeable, no gf kids items, gf pizza cooked on same oven surface, homemade veggie burger made with bulgar wheat PS try the duck - yummy in my tummy!

Walked by and this restaurant finally closed its doors. Previous owners and staff were clueless and made promises they couldn't keep. Word is that Saffron Bistro is coming into this location - if that's true I will scream with joy!

We had an entirely gf engagement party for 50 here. Danielle the party planner let the chefs go wild on the menu and it was perfect. My family of celiacs loved it and no one else missed a thing just " because it was GF "

Patrick and Charissa are a celiacs dream! Every product I've had here is amazing, but the almond cake stands out most. Yum. Wedding cakes, holiday kits, croutons... Dedicated gf facility - it's a must stop while in the area!
