Friendly service with a plethora of GF options. My wife had Salmon that was perfectly done, not over-cooked.

Waitress was so nice. Great food. About a 20 minute ride from downtown Newport. Wasn't brightly lit up but it was packed and was well worth the drive.

Fabulous Celiac friendly stop. We had lunch. I loved the fresh seafood.

AWESOME!!! High-end steak / seafood joint. Had New Year's Eve dinner here. Dedicated Gluten Free menu. Knowledgeable management and staff. Caesar salad with GF croutons! Steak was scrumptious. Pricey but well worth it. Also, enjoyed one of their sister restaurants (Mooring Seafood).

  • Brick Alley Pub & Restaurant

    4 starsJanuary 01, 2015

140 Thames St, Newport, RI 02840

Very accommodating. Plenty of waiting room at 2 bars (upstairs and down). Food was okay. Four stars because I appreciate the effort they made with GIG training to make it safe for Celiacs.

  • Barking Crab Restaurant

Management was knowledgeable about Celiac but the quality of the food was not what I would have expected. It was New Year's week so the Chef might have been on vacation. The chicken under brick was very dry and the burger somewhat plain.

This is a fine cuisine restaurant not your typical Chinese restaurant. They were very accommodating and my wife with Celiac was happy with the dishes she ordered. Wish we had tried this earlier in our trip to Newport.

Amazing. Darin (Mgr?) made me extremely comfortable with their food safety efforts. They served us delicious tomato soup shooter, short-rib pizza and sliders; all GF. Valet parking makes this Manayunk spot completely doable. We will definitely be back.

One of the best fast food options. Chili, baked potatoes and some salads are GF. Allergens for every item are posted. This particular location is renovated.

Gluten FRIENDLY not Gluten FREE. Chips made w/o Gluten but fried in a shared fryer. Seriously? Clean and lively. Fine if you don't have Celiac.

Wow. My wife's GF chicken was nicely prepared. Roasted veggies were as good as home made. My steak kabobs (not GF) were cooked medium rare. Our kids really enjoyed their meals too. Enjoyed it so much I wanted to buy stock in the company (unfortunately they are private).

Wonderful upscale B&B. Baked GF cookies and muffins that were kept wrapped for my wife. Her breakfast included GF toast and another GF muffin with her herb omelet and fruit salad. Excellent treat to be pampered like this. Also, the innkeeper steered us to nearby Brooks Tavern and The Kitchen in Rock Hall for Celiac Friendly meals.

OMG - We were blown away. Most dishes are GF. Gazpacho was so fresh. Huge scallops were tender. Trout stuffed with crab meat and shrimp was to die for. We will return again when in town. Rustic decor. Awesome service.

GF friendly posting at curb. Hostess asked how many GF menus before we even let them know we needed one. The GF Socca (chickpea pancake), GF gnocchi and GF Eggs Benedictino were awesome. Our plain jane was accommodated with buttered bow tie pasta. Would definitely return on our next trip to NYC.
