The manager Mat went out of his way to help me. He made sure that my entire meal was gluten free. He even had the staff bake tortilla chips for me because the fryer is cross contaminated. I highly recommend this restaurant. Just be sure to tell them about your gluten issues.

I found this new restaurant on FMGF. My husband and I tried it. I'm celiac and he tries to eat GF whenever he can. This is really like a gourmet burger restaurant. They don't have a GF menu, but do offer GF buns and several desserts. I had the regular angus burger with a GF bun. The seasonings were a bit lacking and the bun wasn't warmed with the burger. The food was just alright. I didn't get sick, but then again, I take a preventative pill whenever I eat out. My husband thought his $17 bison burger was just OK. For the price he thought he'd be blown away. Again, there seemed to be no seasonings on the burger and nothing to make it stand out. The waiters and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The food just so-so, but I'll give the restaurant another chance.

Good selection of handmade GF breads and baked goods. Cashier working there wasn't too friendly, didn't ask if I needed any help, but that's OK. I would stop again, but I like Tabor Mtn. better.

Loved stopping by and getting sandwich bread. The rolls were soft and delicious. The owner was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stop by again.

Stopped at Coquette for lunch. I was thrilled not to have to worry about cross-contamination. The food was good. The Boston cream pie for dessert was great, but service sucked. We kept having to ask for drink refills. We asked about buying bread to take with us, but were told we needed to talk with the owner. The host told her we wanted to talk with her, and even reminded her when we asked again, but she left without even stopping by. The restaurant wasn't busy, do there wasn't a reason the service should have been bad. I won't go back when I'm in town.
