I've been here twice, both times at lunch (which is drastically less busy than dinner). One waitress was very careful, with the other it wasn't totally clear how much attention she was paying. I did not get sick after either visit. Both times, food was good, but GF options are quite limited.

This Cottage Inn used to not carry the GF pizza, but started doing so when the Woodward Ave. store burned down.I've had pizza here many times, and have never gotten sick. I always ask them to wash hands and to leave the pizza unsliced (I do so at home). And a cheese pizza with pesto sauce is better than garlic bread!

Very friendly and careful regarding GF sensitivities. Buckwheat crepes are cooked using separate equipment. Lots of options, too.

Was careful to let them know I was very sensitive, but got very sick afterwards. Certainly not safe for celiacs.

Knowledgeable wait staff. Pretty good food, but fairly pricy. Really should not have a single $; most entrees ranged from about $14 - $25.
