I called before dinner and the hostess assured me they had several gf options. Being a vegetarian, too, I realized when I arrived that I had a dish or two to choose from: no worries. Anything Ive eaten/drank here has blown me away. Awesome food, understanding staff and a big selection of wines and gf ciders (no beer). I can't comment on contamination issues as Im writing this based on Day 1 of going gf. But a good experience all around. Update: went back at day 30 and asked about my options. The server took time to go over the menu with me and made suggestions. She even said that I could tweak menu options to have them made gf. Wonderful!

Divine!!!!! Very understanding; very accomodating! Had a lovely meal--and while there weren't many desserts listed on the g-free menu, the waitress suggested a few that could be adapted safely for me. Loved it! If you're veggie, only salads available to you though.

Well first, this should be Ben Pao. The waitstaff was very friendly and knowledgeable about gluten inoleerance. They have a separate gf menu, which is nice, and let me customize one dish to make it veg-friendly. When the food was brought out to me, the chef confirmed (without me even asking) that each dish was prepared gf. All around good experience. They carry New Grist beer too. Knocking a star bc the menu was smallish and food, while good, was not great.

This is a neat little bar. Hip to gluten-free, offering a few beer options. And hip just in general too :)

    1. Freedom: everything is gf. 2. The people are very friendly 3. The selection is quite large and ranges from soup and sandwiches to a delectable display of pastry and other confections. Coffee is good and you can even get a loaf of bread or pitas to go. Feel safe here, but was not blown away by sandwich.
