I have not ever officially been tested or diagnosed with celiac but my gluten reaction is very sensitive. I do occasionally take calculated chances with possible contamination. I frequently react to cross-contamination and feel whole body aches and pains just 10 minutes later in those cases.

    After stumbling around Idaho Springs looking for a restaurant I could eat at besides Beau Jo's I happened to walk in this place and mention "gluten-free". They immediately told me the had gluten-free bread to make for sandwiches! I don't know if the prepare them on a cleaned off surface - but the sandwiches we ordered (salmon salad sandwich and Reuben) were amazing. And even though I am usually very sensitive to cross-contamination - I did not feel any gluten reaction from eating there. I recommend that you check this place out!

    I'm so excited about this place. This is a great "one-stop-shop" for all gluten-free necessities (and treats)! They even have a few products I hadn't seen before. Try the Vegan Oat Bread! I was hesitant at first since I thought "why give up dairy and egg just because I can't have gluten?" - but oh my, this is the best bread I have had in my 2+ years without gluten! I'm literally finding excuses to eat it! I'll give them another star if they improve their seating/eat-in accommodations and include some ready to eat bakery treats and/or drinks. Although the shop has a lot to offer from a product standpoint, I can't wait to see how the "feel" is optimized! Looking forward to the grand opening on Feb 2, 2013!

    If this wasn't a GF review I would give them 10 stars! This is my favorite Thai restaurant in the metro area and Thai food is probably my favorite meal! I love this place and found a few standards (carried over from before I had to stop eating gluten) that I stick with. Most of the servers are very nice but they are usually very busy. I have never seen any gluten free menu or options but they can often tell me if soy sauce is in a dish. My two standards are the Pad Thai with chicken and medium spice (beware it is spicy), and the panang curry with chicken over rice. I'm sure there are other naturally GF options but I'm afraid to try something else and haven't asked questions regarding gluten. They haven't accommodated me in any specific way but I haven't really asked here. My standards don't make me sick so I just keep ordering them! Certainly worth the price and still my standard!

    Fun spot, amazing cappuccinos, wonderful chef that made the one GF dish option very tasty and accommodated me with knowledgable suggestions. Great dish but poor quantity of selections. I hope they add more options and dessert because my gluten-loving husband loves this place.

    I used to love this restaurant. And I am glad they have an allergen menu. They do have one GF penne pasta option but it just doesn't compare to the marvelous tastes in the rest of the food I can't have anymore. If they had any GF dessert options I'd give them another star. I do still love their salad (without croutons)

    I enjoyed my food, was pleased at the staff's GF knowledge, and appreciated the GF bread. But my selections were fairly limited and the price was pretty high. Good experience and will return, but it won't be a regular option.

    Awesome options (menu designating which can be made GF). Friendly but not super knowledgable servers regarding gluten. Fun options, but cross contamination is likely. I reacted here - but would probably try again and be more clear with server/chef since there seem to be so many great options to try!

    Love this place! Great GF breads for dipping in cheese (made with broth instead of beer), Lots of meat and sauce options, awesome GF brownies and treats for dipping in chocolate. Knowledgable and accommodating. Great food and ambiance - but spendy and lengthy meal (4 courses!). Definitely worth the money - for special occasions.

    One of my standards. Good GF pizza - but not as amazing as their regular pizzas. They have the standard toppings, nothing exciting. But haven't gotten sick - so that is something!

    They list which salads are GF, and there are many GF toppings. But most of the soups, and all the pasta and bread is off limits. I usually get a baked potato (with decent toppings) and tapioca pudding. But it isn't high on my list of places to visit. But at least I know I can eat something if other people want to go for buffet style foods there.

    Delicious and very extensive GF menu. They take many precautions to avoid contamination and have a large variety of options including breads, buns, waffles, sauces and more. Le Peep was a favorite of mine before I learned of my gluten intolerance and is now once again!

    Very knowledgable staff and every item is labeled for gluten and vegetarian diets so you know what options you can have (almost everything). The food wasn't what I was used to but I have grown to love it and rely on this nearby restaurant as a fast food staple.

    Yay that they added GF buns and they have GF seasoning salt - but I am sad that their ranch contains gluten. That was my very favorite ranch dressing ever before becoming GF. I hope they add a few more options, but otherwise I do love their food.

    Their entire menu is gluten-free - with maybe an exception in their beer selection. The variety on the menu was awesome - having more than just a few options was so refreshing. They have Asian Fusion with more of a Thai flair with unique and delicious adaptations.
